Great price with a coupon I had. In and out quickly even though they were short staffed when I arrived. I got my inspection done here as well this time. I’d use them again.

Every time I go now it’s at least a 40 minute wait and that’s with one car in the shop!! People are literally pulling in a getting told this and immediately leave. I really don’t know how they are getting in business now!

The crew is amazing and very nice! I have been bringing my car to this take 5 for years. They are super helpful and answer any questions you have. They even cleaned my windshield and gave me a water while waiting to get my car serviced!

These guys are pros. Great service. Reminds me of old service stations from years ago. Friendly, happy to serve, and knowledgeable. Any time I'm in the area and need an oil change I stop here.

Fast and easy! There was a short wait to get my car inspected and they were clear and accurate on timing. The inspection was completed quickly and professionally. Would definitely come back again. .

First time going to Take 5 For oil change in Hudson Oaks and they were very Respectful and the time it took the was very minimal!
They also gave a very generous Military discount which is very Appreciative

We have been using Take 5 for years. I use them for my business as well. We just moved to Weatherford, and so I told my wife to take her van to the location in Hudson Oaks since that is the closest one to us. She packed up our 4 small children and drove to Hudson Oaks only to be told by the manager that they wouldn’t do the oil change because they don’t know how much oil to put in it because it’s only a year old. He couldn’t Google the info, or ask to see the owners manual, or just simply look at the dipstick. (Since I want everyone to see this review, I won’t use insulting words in it, but use your imagination when you see a blank) It takes a special level of —— for a person to not be able to figure out how much oil to put in ANY type of car. ESPECIALLY when the car HAS ALREADY BEEN TO TAKE 5, and already has all the information stored in their system. I couldn’t imagine having such an —— managing my business. I hope the owner reads this and sees that his manager is losing him money. And to put the cherry on top, the —— didn’t even close the hood when her refused her service!! I called the location to speak with management, because I thought it might have been just some kid who didn’t know any better. Nope. It was the manager who turned her away and used that nonsense excuse. I was, and still am, absolutely furious. The guy told me there was no reason to cuss at him…oh yes there is. You made my wife haul 4 small kids, including a newborn, to another city, specifically to use your company yet again, only to be told to go somewhere else because of your incompetence. You should be ashamed of yourself and you need to be fired immediately.
