I needed an insurance check endorsed on a Saturday morning.Patricia Lacy welcomed us, made calls to determine what procedures were necessary, and took care of it. Great customer service, thanks, Patricia.

The branch manager at this location needs to retrained. My husband came in to make a wire transfer. We knew it wouldn't fund today. She did everything in her power to discourage transaction. The branch manager should be there to help her customers. Thankfully her employee are knowledgeable and polite.

He also raised his voice at me and told me that he gets upset when someone messes with his money. Ask if I wanted to terminate the meeting and he would spread the paperwork.

If I could give this bank negative stars I would. One of the worst businesses to ever touch this earth. The owners do not care about you and their machines almost never work. Don't go here even if it's your last option.

I've never had a good experience here unless it's quick and simple. It's a Friday, when most people are cashing checks, and they have ONE banker. Just one on a Friday. I've been in line for half an hour. But they have two loan officers and one woman dedicated to guiding people to an atm and only one cashier. It's not a lack of staffing, it's a lack of customer service. Every employee is insanely nice and helpful but the business as a whole clearly does not care about helping. I want to add that every individual person is insanely polite and helpful. I've never had a bad experience with someone, just the system as a whole.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years and have generally been pleased with the service I have received. When I moved to Waxahachie and started banking at the brach there most of the tellers are quite helpful and friendly. I have had an occasion to deal with the branch manager, a lady named Monica, who had to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She acted like it was a real imposition of her time to help me resolve my problem. And since the pandemic started, the lobby has been open by appointment only, which means that if you need to conduct banking business you have to use the drive in. This usually means that there will be a problem one way or another trying to conduct simple transactions like making a deposit or cashing a check. If you elect to go inside the lobby, you have to make an appointment, and they only let a few customers at a time inside the bank lobby. I am very disappointed with this branch and the way it is operated. I think it would improve greatly if the company would replace the manager with someone who is more responsive to the needs of their customers and is a little more "customer friendly." Because of this, I am giving the Waxahachie Branch of Wells Fargo a "Two Star" rating. It seems that when you go in there, it is a "hit or miss" situation depending upon who waits you. All in all, the customer experience could be better. There are other banks in the city, and it would be wise to investigate what these other banks offer.
