I brought my baby girl in for a sick dog visit that turned out badly for my family. The staff are AMAZING AND JUST AS THE DRS ARE AMAZING TOO. We adore this office and will never go anywhere else❤️

After taking my pet to other vets in Midlothian and being gouged for 800 dollars in unnecessary tests. I finally got him set up here. The staff is amazing and makes me and my pet feel special. They take time to listen and brain storm. They also did research into food for my pet. We will definitely make this our pet place going forward!
Plus they have a mobile app for everything you need to do!

Less than a star.
I called to get the SEVERITY of my dogs injury. I was concerned that it may be something urgent. But it also could not have been.
After speaking with a woman on the phone she plainly tells me "No, I can not tell you anything other than you have to bring her in for me to tell you how urgent or severe it is."
I understand wanting to get business in the door but this is a life.

They failed to properly pass along information regarding my pet’s surgery and then acted as though it was my fault. They need to improve their communication skills. There, Waxahachie Vet Clinic, I changed my review for you.
Update: I don't know what's more baffling. Them sending me a letter saying I can't use their services due to my bad review or them thinking I would still want to use their services after leaving a bad review.

I would not take my pets to anyone else. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The techs do an excellent job. Dr. Fritz is my absolute favorite. She listens to your concerns and takes the time to explain what’s going on.

The rising costs are an issue ~ but that is everywhere. Otherwise, Wax Veterinary Clinic is so good with my dogs. I have heelers who can be (politely stated) challenging yet this staff/doctors are caring, patient and today took extra time to explain different medical conditions. Greatly appreciated.

This place is great! Everyone is so friendly and they want to be sure you have a good experience. They get you in fairly quickly, no having to settle for an appointment weeks out. I highly recommend this place.

They used to be wonderful. Not anymore. I'm tired of the rising cost. The scare tactics about the bad stuff that can happen if you don't agree to one their expensive vaccines. The last time the vet was awful. No bedside manner at all. So almost 300.00 dollars later I come home with a sick dog that cries every time I pick her up. DON'T TRUST your four legged babies to them.

Called for appointment to have my dog get the heartworm, flee and tick meds and heartworm test. Wanted a price on spay as well. The gal was very curt, obviously did not care. Said they would email the quote and never did. Very rude when I called back days later to get the quote. I canceled the appointment. Prices are very high as well. I found all the services for 1/3 the cost.
