Needed my vehicle serviced, and they got me in on short notice. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me updated on my vehicles status and even washed my vehicle after services were completed. Highly recommend!

My appointment was 10 a.m. I arrived about 25 minutes early. They took my car into service for an oil change and tire rotation and also a recall. It was returned clean in about one hour. Thank you.

Had a flat on interstate took my tire to Waxahachie Nissian they said its wasn't fixable and I needed a new tire i left was gonna let my husband handle it so I drove 50 miles an hour back to Waco and to find out I did not need new tire it was fixable so I think it's because I'm a woman Waxahachie Nissan tried to take advantage of me.

They are soooo slow, even with having an appointment…. They took 4 hours on a 2 hour procedure. On top of that my car started to make an unexpected noise after having it fixed by them. AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO ACCOMMODATE ME. They are wanting me to bring my car for 24hours, charge me a diagnostic fee, on top of paying for a rental… RIDICULOUS.
