had a horrible experience with the service department. never had I've seen such a money hungry service team. Tyler the service advisor couldn't answer any questions and Jacob the service manager was trying to charge both me and the warranty department. 3 hours of labor the replace a window regulator is down right pitiful, sending the price to $800.Had major service completed here in the past two years with the same warranty company without any problems, but something has definitely changed as to get the window regulator replaced was 4x the cost of replacing a fuel pump.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Took my car to get looked at and left with a cracked window. Service manager basically said oh well. I picked up my car with more issues than when I left it there. Then they told me "oh well, your insurance can handle it"

What an experience, and not a good one. I purchased a vehicle here, and have been bringing it in for service for the last 3 years. Initially, they were great, but quality has dropped recently. The last time I was here, my wife's Ray-Bans came up missing, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today, I had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I got here early, and waited in the loby for over an hour and 15 minutes. Just to find out they hadn't moved it to get serviced. They told me if I didn't want to wait any longer, then I could just take it home. They've lost a once faithful customer.

The service managers do not know how to communicate with customers that are having issues. They create a hostile situation when you're just trying to ask a question. I had a whole appointment scheduled for my car with a coupon and had it verified over the phone so I would waste my time making the trip up there and when I arrived they told me the coupon was fake. They basically called me a liar and my time was wasted. Then I got a notification that my service was cancelled after i set it up this morning. I'd go to trophy Nissan Waxahachie Nissan don't know how to help their customers.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Jay Walker in the Nissan service department. He is so kind and very acomidateing. He made the fact of having a broken down car not such a bad deal. From having my car towed to the dealership to getting a rental, Jay led me through the ordeal. What a delightful gentleman. Thank you Jay for your kindness.

EV chargers were not functional during two consecutive visits. On both occasions issue was reported to staff.

I should have been told that the mechanic wouldn't be available until four days later. And not told to come back then. A waist my time and theirs.

I can not express enough how happy I am with the service I received today. The advisor went above and beyond to help me with my needs. They were super busy because of the holiday and couldn't do everything I needed that day but he got to my major concern and was able to take care of me in 30 minutes.

Took my Hyundai in for service, new tires, alignment, fixed rotors, oil change, inspection they took great care of me. Kept me informed the whole time and had it ready in a timely manner. Definitely recommend.

They really helped me out of a jam and got the needed repair parts quickly. It took a couple days, but I was back on the road.
