They are warm and inviting. They didn't have the prescription in stock. But overall they were quick and attentive on getting prescription transferred out.

I hate this Walgreens,the pharmacies is the worst you give three prescriptions to be filled and they want to fill them over 3 days instead of all at one time or you get up there and they don't have all your prescriptions and then tell you oh we have to order it but they're sending texts your prescriptions are ready. I have used Walgreens for over 20 years this is the sorriest Walgreens I moved my prescriptions from waxahachie to Walgreens in Midlothian I'll make the drive that should say something.

Averaging about 10-15 minutes per person sometimes. The drive thru line is just as long as inside, but your car will be exhausting fuel for however long. Their computer system and proficiency could be more efficient. Due to a lack of sufficient staffing (which is doing their best considering the situation), they have shortened pharmacy hours which don’t match the store hours, nor what’s posted online. You must call their automated system for accurate/updated pharmacy hours. I feel like I’m at the DMV when I come. Make sure you have time to kill, and bring a book or something?

HOW THE HELL ARE PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO GET THEIR MEDICINES?! Y’all already filled it so I can’t transfer it and y’all are closed multiple days in a row. (This isn’t the first time this location has closed for an extended period of time leaving people without life saving medicines). What are people supposed to do?! We have time sensitive meds- if I have an issue I will be calling my lawyer.

I had a great experience at Walgreens on Ovilla The staff was so patient and caring and knowledgeable it just made me want to shop and spend more money there . Thank you to Wynter for assisting me and making sure I was satisfied before I left with my purchase

Worst pharmacy in Waxahachie!! Stay away if at all possible!!! I had an appointment today for a vaccine I made online for this pharmacy and getting there they had no record of my appointment or the vaccine in stock. One star was the lowest I could score for them or I would have put even less. Btw they do go to lunch from 1:30/2pm and don't start working again till after 2 no matter if your appointment is for 2

This should be zero stars. Plain and simple, and from reading previous reviews, I am not the only one that feels that way. How to describe the level of incompetency of the pharmacy? My father was sick and was prescribed anti-biotics so naturally that order was sent to Walgreens to pick up. The order is correct, all of the information is correct, but somehow the staff at the pharmacy gave him THE WRONG MEDICATION!! How the fu@# do you do that? The entire staff needs to be fired and stripped of licenses before they kill someone.

I waited in the drive thru line for 42 minutes, got to the window at 1:28, only to see everyone running out of the pharmacy for lunch. Because apparently, they shut the whole pharmacy down for lunch 1:30-2:00. Came back at 2:00 and waited 45 min again in the drive thru. As you can tell from reading the reviews, this place is beyond slow.

Now I understand why this Walgreens gets the lowest rating Yelp has to give. I called to see if they were giving the Pfizer booster shots. After calling and getting the corporate runaround they finally transferred me to the branch I originally called. The young lady that answered said yes they are giving the booster and you could just walk in. I asked if there were any conditions and she said you have to fill out a questionnaire. I asked again is there any conditions that would not allow me to get the booster. She again said it just depends on the questionnaire. So I got specific and asked if I had had my two shots from Pfizer could I get the booster. It's been over 6 months. She kept wanting to go to the questionnaire. I asked her if there were any conditions that would prevent me from getting the booster. She finally got down to saying well if you have cancer, hepatitis or any other underlying conditions I would not be able to get it. Why could she have just told me that once I asked the question. When I asked her that she said. Well I'm telling you now. So in essence if it has asked if they were giving the booster and she said yes and I didn't need an appointment just come in and fill out the questionnaire I would have wasted my time since I wasn't eligible for the shot because I didn't have any underlying conditions. When I asked her name she hung up. I don't have to go to this Walgreens ever again.

I went into Walgreens for my daughter’s COVID 19 vaccine which we had an appointment for. However the employee says “we have someone else scheduled at that time”. I then provide her with my appointment confirmation email, she then goes to the back and takes forever and comes back with more papers and says “I have the up to date paperwork now, her name is on it.” She does not apologize at all. I then say that I want my other daughter to get her second dose also and she says”we are not taking walk ins.” The websites all advertise walk ins however she says they are not. My younger daughter gets her vaccine and while doing so I say to the pharmacist, “when did y’all stop taking walk ins?” He said they haven’t but today they were busy. There was absolutely nobody in line. He said that they have a lot of prescriptions to fill. As I am waiting to make sure my daughter doesn’t have a reaction to the vaccine here goes the advertisement over the speaker at the store saying they accept walk ins for the vaccine. I then wait for about 10 mins at the front counter of the pharmacy to ask why the speaker in the store is advertising that they accept walk ins if Walgreens truly does not? I was not given a true explanation and felt discriminated against because the store does accept walk ins and refused to give the second dose to my other daughter!
