Eric Peters is a very friendly customer service agent and took care of our issues we where having with our cellphone. When we had another issue we called and Eric was here to correct our issue.

Customer service is all that was desired. When the African American boy came back from break, he sat at his desk 15 minutes until he realized the gentleman who wanted to help me was held up by an older woman he was so patient with. I guess he didn’t want to work today. Instead of leading with trying to get a commission listen to the customer and offer assistance to solve the problem. Instead of telling me you are just doing your job. If you couldn’t take the trade in at this location, assist the customer to locating the correct location. How about understand that the customer was already frustrated with a failed activation of a new phone and it’s not about you earning a fee to help. Your job is customer service and they did a poor job at customer service. I was glad I was able to receive to receive excellent support elsewhere with some who understood how to actually provide customer service and care.

Came here to grab a new Iphone with the great help and support from Dean Butt. Great customer service and also helped me trade my old phone to receive value from it to gain my new iphone. Dean did amazing service and taken care of everything i needed done to get in and out. If yall need any support or help i suggest get in contact with Dean Butt. Very humorous and helpful man ask me if i needed anything while we did the process. He made time go by great and wasnt boring to do phone business with. He usually is here or in grand prarie but if need his phone number please let me know!

I have to say they went above and beyond to open store during a meeting at 8am to get my phone back up and working. I had my toddler, he and myself in pajamas in the cold. Phone stopped working on the way to school drop off. SIM card stopped working and as a business customer absolutely needed my phone. Great job Verizon!!!!

Amazing customer service from Rey today! He got me exactly what I was looking for! Excited to know that it was launch day and they weren’t sold out !!! 10/10 recommend getting a phone here through Rey, he wasn’t a pushy sales person like at most stores i’ve been to and pushed into accessories not needed. Overall the whole experience was pleasant and fairly fast, about an hour.
