Emma refused service called cops for no reason then hung up on them when i told her to say why she called and when they called back she hung up again!!! She does not understand how to treat people at all

Refused service threw a calculator at me to figure up my own amount for gas. Emma has 20 years service and somehow stays employed cussing refusing service for gas when app requires prepay.
