There's a older white lady who always put the mail in the wrong address. She drags her feet when she has to get out of her vehicle to drop off packages on the porch.

They said they attempted to deliver my package however they could have easily dropped it off at the front office inside my apts, placed it inside a locker box with key inside my apartments or dropped it off in front of my door. So I called for a redelivery for the next day. They never delivered it. Now it's the next day and I'm trying to get ahold of someone at the office and no one is picking up. I really don't want to head up there stand in line and find out it's out for delivery smh so now I'm just waiting smh.

This gift for my daughter was stuffed in the mailbox and broke. The certificate that came inside was completely wrinkled as well.

Without fail, if I have a package to be delivered on a Friday, tracking tells me it is on the truck, out for delivery. There is not a delivery on Friday or Saturday. It comes in on Monday. Looking at one right now. Out for delivery. Left the PO at 8:03 this morning, to be delivered by 4:30 this afternoon. 4:30 comes and goes, tracking changes to, out for delivery some time today. Now, I live 8 minutes away. Stop putting my stuff on the truck. I will come over and get it myself. That way, I know I will get it on Friday. Sad when you have to do the job others are paid to do.

Been here several times within the past month because the post man marked my box as vacant..no one can find my mail, no one helps, I keep filling out that green card and all they do is put another one in there...I been calling all morning today and it just rings and rings...someone picked up but hung up the phone..the worst experience ever and yet I still cant get any help with my missing mail.*UPDATE* it took for me to make a complaint against them just for someone to call me back and tell me they have my mail. Now Ive been up there numerous of times asked about my mail but no one knew anything and the lady called me back had an attitude because I said to her, the post man had no right marking my mail vacant Just because he rides by everyday and see no cars..thats an ASSUMPTION he made..if y'all want results call uspa customer service and make a complaint.

Weekend delivery did not deliver packages saying can't find home. The week day delivery driver can find my home just fine. Called several times NEVER answerers the phone! Already had an issue with fraud. I lived in Fort Worth for 7 years and never had an issue! What is going on!!!!!!

They are very good. But they are overworked, underpaid. Waxahachie has grown so much that our small loving P.O. is over worked. I do not understand why the Government refuses to open another P.O. I love our P.O. but the Government could do better!!! As matter of fact for what they have they do great!!!!!

Everytime this company delivers my items something goes missing, I’ve been inside and the employees are rude and mean. Please shut this location down or rehire, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH Waxahachie citizens do not deserve this.
