I have been visiting this Ulta location for three years now on a weekly basis. I usually get a blowout but also get color every 5 weeks or so and every 6 months get a keratin treatment. My stylist is Kristi who is an absolute star ⭐️ She is honestly the best stylist I have ever had. She takes such good care of me and I look forward to our weekly chats. I cannot say enough good things about her service and care. I also want to give a shout out to the rest of the team, Amanda has also done my hair when Kristi is not available. Amanda is great ?? And Robby is such a positive and joyful presence in the salon. A ray of sunshine ☀️. This Ulta team is without a doubt the best in Waxahachie. So if you need hair or makeup services this is the team for you! I also want to thank manager Tonya who is professional and attentive! Thank you all for making me feel so welcome for the past three years and also welcoming my mom when she visits. ?

Tiffany at salon is great.. I went here for first time her to do my makeup.. she's so patient and I love her suggestions.. very professional..she's my new make-up and hair queen. Thank you girl!!

I absolutely love to shop for skincare, haircare, and makeup so I go to this Ulta quite often. The customer service is great. They always check in you every few minutes and I love how they have their sales in the front of the store all the time! The place is often kept clean and nice. The only thing I dislike about this Ulta is they are often out of stock of the things I personally want but there is another good location in midlothian. Overall this Ulta is definitely great and has great customer service! So if you are looking for some new makeup things I would definitely recommend this Ulta!

I went in to buy some makeup to cover the rash that popped on my face. Not only did she find something for coverage. She told me something that would help the dark patches on my face. Very personal, funny and helpful!!!! Thank you Tonya so much for your help today.

I love this location because it is very quiet and not busy. My favorite perfume is here and the price is not bad!! I am adding this to my gift list and other items. Last time I was here I had a field day let’s just say that!! I love Dolce &Gabbana perfume.

This location is my favorite. All the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you go in with an idea of what your looking for they will always point you in the right direction. They made 2 recommendations for me today and I ended up buying both and am so happy with my purchase's. These girls truly know BEAUTY!

I had a disappointing experience at this location yesterday. I purchased a perfume for a birthday gift for my mother and after waiting 20 minutes for someone to "retrieve" it from the back it was the wrong one. I didn't realize this until after the purchase because it was the same color as the original one I wanted to purchase. Luckily my mother ended up liking the one that was given. This was due to lack of staff helping the employee on the floor. I had 5 people ask me if I wanted help in 10 minutes but no one was helping the team. She was stressed and was not friendly due to having to deal with multiple jobs at once. Have your employees help others so expensive mistakes are not made like this in the future.

I booked a makeup appointment here about two weeks ago for my wedding because my original makeup artist canceled on me. I come in (30 mins early) and the lady who was going to do my makeup took a walk-in for a hair cut which wouldn’t have bothered me originally. Other then the fact that she didn’t have me in the chair till 45 mins past my appointment time she spent an hour and a half on this one hair cut. My appointment was at 2 wasn’t till 2:50 I was sat in the chair for my makeup. I let it go because the other staff members were sweet enough. Then when this lady started she was using to small of a brush for eyeshadow so it was just straight harsh lines all the way up to my eyebrow. Then when she tried to contour that was just a straight line too. Also she didn’t really blend anything then when she did my lipstick it was crooked and basically left me looking like the wicked witch (ALSO I DID ASKED IF I COULD JUST FIX THE LIPSTICK MYSELF BECAUSE I KNOW THAT CAN BE DIFFICULT) of the west so by this point I’m leaving at 4 my wedding was supposed to start at 5:30. Run back to my house to get my makeup bag and was forced to do my makeup in the car because of bad planning and horrible management. I used to be a huge fan of ulta and now I’m NEVER coming back. Also if that’s not bad enough THEY USE THE TESTERS ON THEIR CLIENTS FROM THE STORE!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

They usually carry all the hair products and make up products that I’m looking for, this one in particular was not that busy. A little pricier than your retail store, but you can get a lot of good deals that they offer that other retail stores don’t.

Amanda Shirley is hands down the best stylist EVER!! I absolutely love this woman and so does my hair. From the first time she cut and styled my hair I was amazed. I went back to her for an all over color and OMG it came out so amazing and I have been getting the most and best compliments on how great my hair looks. I will NEVER go to another hair stylist in my life as long as Amanda exists on this Earth. I highly recommend her if you want someone who is completely honest and will give your hair what it needs.
