Tired of giving these nail salons the time and day to do such a terrible job. I asked for acrylic somehow they decide to do acrylic with gel overlay which isn’t what I wanted. Shape is terrible, color is bumpy just terrible terrible quality. I also got my toes painted, the guy did not do enough coats as you can see in the paint. My ticket also said $45 but when I got up to the register she said it was $60 make it make sense, I told the nail tech I wanted them shorter and she said they look pretty long, that’s great but I said shorter. Won’t be back here. Just look how big they look in the picture ? so bad

First time coming to this place and I absolutely loved their service. I got a manicure and pedicure and both ladies took the time to take care of me. I’ve been in other nails salon around the area
and l was always leaving unsatisfied with their service.
I highly recommend this place and I’ll come back for sure!

We always get one of the sisters. I absolutely love this place! They always take their time on my cuticles, which were always a mess. Such good people remember you by name my daughter got somebody else today that was not one of the sisters, and she was still pleased. I love this place and will not cheat on them ever again. Every time I do I’m not happy and I end up here anyway thank you Hannah.

Best prices in town!
Second time at Star Nails. First time around, they were great. Second time not so much. We called ahead to make an appointment. When arrived, we sat and waited half an hour after appointment time to be seen. Nail tech was bickering with another nail tech during my visit distracting her to the point of cutting my cuticle too close. I bled a little and she apologized profusely. I understand they were busy but it also takes away from the relaxing experience. I will say it was 5pm. However, rushing through a manicure to the point of hurting customer isn’t ok. When I asked her to fix a few uneven nails (French tip) she seemed irritated. Probably not at me but more so the front desk or manager rushing them to finish. My advice, don’t tell a customer they’ll be seen at a certain time just to get them through the door & rush through the services rendered.

Stopped in finally after a long 3months. As a notorious nail biter, remote and 80wpm typist it wasn't a priority. But with holidays and cooking, you can't have nails looking poorly. So since traffic is so bad on 77, with all the stores clustering...I pulled into STAR.
They did a quick consult and determined dipping was best. My hands took longer bec of all the work she had to do. This was cuticle care, shaping, and finishing.
They, I didn't catch their names, worked with care and pride in their finished product.

Hadn't been here in a while. Thought I walked in to the wrong nail salon with the remodel. Very classy place. I got a pedicure from a nail tech named V. Not sure of the spelling. She did an outstanding job. Probably the best pedicure I have ever had. She was very kind and pleasant to talk to. My wife comes here all the time. Definitely will be coming back.
