Great store, great finds, great price, friendly customer service! It is the go to for the collector, the thrifter, the gamer, or anyone that needs that particular item they cannot find elsewhere.

The dispatcher , Daniel needs customer service training! Its never ok to hang up the phone on someone! I gave 3 stars because Dusty, the supervisor returned my call and apologized for the total inconvenience that was caused by not having my donations picked up and the dispatchers rudeness!

Very good staff and worthy cause. Easy drop off with stuff you just don't need anymore.
