I recently purchased another mattress from Sleep Experts/Mattress Firm in Waxahachie, Texas, and once again, I am beyond satisfied with their service. Initially, there was a mix-up with the firmness of the mattress and the pillow size, but the team handled the situation with incredible responsiveness and professionalism.After emailing my concerns, I received a call the very next day confirming receipt of my email and informing me that Matt would follow up the following day. True to their word, Matt reached out promptly and ensured that the issue was resolved quickly. They replaced the mattress with the correct firmness with no additional fees etc.Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, and I am grateful for their swift and effective response. This experience reaffirms why I continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend Mattress Firm in Waxahachie for their exceptional service and commitment to quality!

The store was clean and had great options, but we just walked around for 20 or so minutes, and there was no one there. We couldn't get any questions answered or make a purchase. The back room was open, so I did check to make sure there was no one hurt or in need of help before I left. Hopefully, everyone is OK.

Very friendly, helpful, and not pushy. We asked for an affordable option and that is what he showed us. Did not try pushing anything else on us. I will be back.

Our salesman Dominic was awesome. Very knowledgeable & showed us options to fit our budget. We started at Mattress firm & that salesman could’ve cared less to sell us a mattress. We told him we were going to Sleep Experts & he said we own them too, good luck & have a nice day.So we did.. went to sleep experts & left with a perfect mattress. Thank you Dominic

We had a wonderful experience w/ Matt at Sleep Experts in Waxahachie! No high sales pressure, just a really down to earth guy that was very personable. That's something that my husband & I really appreciate. If we have questions, we ask them, otherwise, we just like to try out the beds! The store is pretty nice too. It has a more inviting feel than their sister store down the road a bit, Mattress Firm. We needed to return a mattress that we bought at Mattress Firm & we were sent to Sleep Experts (again, they're sister stores) because they had a few different brands to look at. Had we known this from the beginning, we would have gone here before buying initially. Buying a mattress, for us anyway, is intense, because of what we had to go thru when we bought our last one. Go see Matt at Sleep Experts in Waxahachie...he was wonderful & ask him to let you see a pic of his beautiful dog - he's a beautiful boy!!
