This store seemed great for cute clothes and accessories, but while looking around a rude employee unprovoked informed my mom that all the large and extra large clothes were outside if she wanted "her size."

Picked up an online order recently and encountered the rudest unfriendly employee... One and done for me. Cute things but I will never spend another dollar there. Too many friendly boutiques downtown to shop from:)

What a great store! Lots of great items to shop but most importantly, the staff is amazing. They warmly welcomed us, were friendly and helpful and made sure we knew how to get around town with a map, even great recommendations for lunch. I was admiring their "hook and clamp" system they use on their earring display and the manager brought them up on the internet and showed me where to get them! Customer service and appreciation like this is hard to find these days. I HIGHLY recommend visiting The Velvet Angel when in Waxahachie, Texas. Way to show retailers "how it's done"!
