“I have always used HEB for the pharmacy because they have always been super fast, nice and always calling if a medicine was going to take longer than normal. I switched over a year ago from our old pharmacy and have been super happy ever since. However, I have noticed the last few times the customer service has gone down. Which is also the reason for my review and rating. This evening when I went through the drive thru after waiting and getting to the front and giving the information to the clerk Emily, she came back on and said I'd have to come inside because it wouldn't fit. When I told her that I have always gotten it this way she got short and said " it'll take a couple of trips hold on." She then ended the call /video before I could even explain that the shots could be sent all at once that all 3 boxes would fit as they have done this every single time I have gotten it through the drive thru. She proceeded to send everything separately making the process take longer and making the cars behind me wait even longer. She never came back on to let me know my card was in the container or that everything had been sent. My other issue is Friday my daughters medicine was faxed over in the morning. They never checked the fax inbox all day until I called and inquired about the medication. She told me it would be ready today I'm the morning. When I called at 2pm I was told it was still in process and another hour. I really hope this doesn't continue to be the way things go as I'll have to look for another pharmacy if it does.”

“I was at this place last night was greeted when I came in, was bebopping along just doing some retail therapy and overhear this customer at the self check out trying to figure it out. Couldn’t be more simplified. The employee was trying her best to show him, actually doing it for him and he continues to huff and puff, called her a “**** a**” and rushes out. Folks cry all day long about how horrible customer service is but customers like this make those horrible employees. kudos to that young lady who kept it together and was still professional.”

“We had a nightmare of an experience with my mom’s medications that were lost at DFW airport during her flight here. My sister and I worked with her insurance and Puerto Rico and with Roy Davidson at Walmart Pharmacy in Waxahachie and we were able to get a 3 day emergency prescription and then finally fill her prescription. Roy is a gem of a human being. We were both frantic about my mom not having her heart medications. Roy worked tirelessly to help us and was calm and kind and offered alternatives. We are more than grateful for his help!”
“I recently had an MRI done at Baylor (BUMC), it was such a wonderful experience. I'm very familiar with the process and I must say, that was one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to radiology. They made sure from A to Z, I was comfortable and understand what was being done along the way. What a great team!
