I adopted my dog from SPCA when they were parked in front of this Pet Supply Plus store! I had zero pet items and when I walked in, I had no idea where to start! Collett helped me select the supplies I needed and. It break my budget!I went in today to get a few items and Collett was in there but not on duty! She was there as a customer but that didn’t matter, she happily helped me and took all the time I needed! It was t until after I was finished that I learned she wasn’t on the clock! She is amazing and she knows everything about pets of all kinds and the products they need!

1811 Boyce Rd, WaxahachieIf you are looking for someone to love and care for your dogs whether its grooming or boarding, this is place! Tammie went up and beyond to settle my anixety of leaving my dogs for the first time. She answered every concern I had by text and in person. When I arrived with my pups ( 3 ) she meet me outside and helped me get them into their bay, she then walked me thru her property, explaining in great detail what all is offered/supplied and her daily routine with the animals. She also kept a close eye on 2 of my pups (Frenchie's) making sure they did not get overheated in this Texas heat by sunbathing in the dog run. Every time I texted to check on them, she responded quickly with detail on how each were doing, which helped eased my worriness and anxiety of leaving them. On the morning of my pick up and her day off from grooming, she groomed all 3 dogs for me and let me tell you, my pups looked and smelt good! My male Frenchie is a bit stand offish with new people but he took to her quick and gave good bye kisses to her when leaving. This will be the only place I will leave and/or have my dogs groomed at, I can't praised this lady enough, she truly loves animals!

3141 FM 66, WaxahachieDr. D and the rest of the staff at Brookside Animal Hospital are incredible. We came here a few months ago when our lab started losing fur and was having trouble eating. After taking her to another vet in town and being dismissed with a special shampoo, Dr. D actually did bloodwork to find several health conditions that were causing her symptoms. I'm so happy to say that with proper medications, our dog is eating normally and has a full coat of fur again! Seriously, I can't say enough good things about this staff. I'm so thankful we found Dr. D!
