“Highly Recommend. I had recently purchased a new iPhone 15 intended to transfer my existing phone number to the new phone and add a new number to the old phone. Phone tech was helpful. However, I found myself without service on both lines. I visited the Waxahachie phone store and the service representative had my situation resolved in less than 10 minutes. Marrissa is the technician that helped me with an upbeat attitude and knowledgeable answers to my questions. I'm a very happy T-Mobile customer.”

“I actually dislike going to Walmart...at least in the past. My last two trips here...seems like a new place. I had a young fella help me with 8 bags of soil to my car..the Walmart of the past you wouldn't have anyone offer. Then when I returned for a rush item need a week later...I asked an employee the location of an item..and she PLEASANTLY reaponded and looked up exact aisle for me. I am so happy that it seems this may be the norm to provide good customer service. Thank you walmart for having employees care about the customer!”
