Please update the time of this location. I went some day last week, I arrived right at 9:20am thinking you guys opened at 9:30 like it says on the SIGN AND ON HERE. The employee, Sonia, arrived at 9:40. She told me that they opened at 10am I told her oh I thought 9:30 and she said no that they had changed it to 10 I told her okay that's fine, ever since she got out of her car she seemed bothered. I waited there and the only good thing was that she opened up about 5 minutes before 10am, thank you I guess? That was my first time going to that location and it wasn't a good experience. Sonia seems bothered to do her job, mind you, I just went in to make a payment. She needs work on her customer service skills! (:

*6.6.24 update reponse from owner must be fake. I sent an email but no reaponse**Beware* I dealt with Sophia & she lied about what my monthly bill would cost. I transferred 2 lines back to Metro and kept my old phones and number.
Let me explain the game she tried to play. She told me that she gave us the Metro Flex Start plan for $50 and she added in 25GB of hot spot (a bonus). I was told for 2 lines my bill would be $85 with auto pay and $90 without. To set all this up I paid a total of $169. I was given a receipt for the total and it was not itemized. She said I was charged for the first month, 2 activation fees, and 2 sim cards. Once again, I have no itemized receipt. This seems shady.
Later, when I logged into my account online she lied about the plan!! It was the Metro Flex Up plan which is $60 and automatically comes with 25GB (SHE DID NOTHING EXTRA). She asked if I wanted phone insurance, I said no. She added it anyway without my permission! I called her to talk about all of this she said “no I added those bonuses in for you” and my bill would be adjusted down to $90. She said she took off the insurance (no she did not, I had to call cust service). I asked her to email an itemized receipt, she told me I could come in the next day. I told her I was looking at the plan online and what she gave me nothing different. So, my bill will be $100 a month not $85! She also told me that she was the manager and corporate. She told me to come back next month I can get some deals. (that makes no sense)
I feel like I was scammed and lied to. She was not the most friendly. One guy came in to pay his bill and he had coins (less than a dollar). She said that they don’t take coins for payment( she meant the non silver coins). She says the bank will not take them. So the guy left and had to come back. I have a feeling she was lying about that also. The store also smelled of poop when we walked in. No joke!! I will not go back to this location. Just be honest!!!!

Horrible experience at other location, young girl is so helpful and patient. I had issues with my old phone and she did not push me for another phone right away like other sales agents. I ended up getting an upgrade anyways with her and love my new device!!

Am very sorry to give 1 start if I could give Zero that will be best ..I went in Wednesday..a Sonia lady .. eating came from back side still food in the mouth ,and was like I bothered her ,to send me away quickly..she told me a person has same issue this morning..it's phone problem..
First at all I went 1year ago I had a same problem with another lady and they fire her or I didn't see her ...no more ( they don't want welcome customers and fill bothered, because they doing they thing back side and relaxing) so I try go back this shop but same problem,they put incompetent girls .she doesn't love this job ...and now this Sonia lady ..( she said I am manager I am shock,how they gave her this job) ...I gave her two chance first time I went ..she was smoking ? and I have to weit for her to finish her cigarette) I have second chance she was bothered..even to help customer!
This is why I will never go to this shop !!!
Nothing against Metro by T-Mobile I am happy with my service: KINDLY CHANCE STAFF ...???
