For some reason my internet loves to go out around 3 am and too often to boot. It's still out now at 8am. I'm so tired of it. Not the legacy I'm used to when we first signed up.

I switched to legacy a little over a year ago. I just had my 1st issue in that time. Made a ticket for tech on Sunday night tech was here Tuesday morning!! Im back to 100% it was wind damage that had pulled a bolt out and moved dish . So weather related not their service. If available in your area you should switch to them much more affordable and very reliable service. And quick fix compared to waiting a week with others. Thank you legacy my son will be soooo happy back to gaming lol

After moving, I was searching for dependable high-speed internet and Legacy was recommended. They were able to quickly come out and complete the install and their techs were professional and courteous. The service has been great and does everything we need at a fair price! Highly recommend.

Terrible company. They over sell their towers and when you complain about the lack of service they "educate" you on needing a higher end package when they one you have has been fine for several years.

I tried to call your company to see if yall would be able to set up home internet this week. However the number that is provided does not work. I tried several time calling with different phones to ensure that it was not my side having the issue. It's extremely frustrating trying to find internet where I'm at and for the few internet companies out here I can't even get ahold of one of them. That is why I put a 1 star review I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone from the start to even give a fair review of your company. Because it will almost immediately hang up.

I work for another ISP and understand the struggles that come with keeping internet flowing smoothly and consistently. In the four years I've had legacy its been down maybe five times. I have the 30/6 package and it runs myself my wife and three data using children with no issue. The fact that the max possible speeds for p2p is much lower than other forms of internet makes it that much more critical that the service runs smoothly. I give this company max stars for consistency customer service and reliability.

It started great, the service and the internet speed was amazing. I've been with them for most of the year and this past 3 weeks I have been getting terrible internet. The speed I paid for 25 download speed and when I get home from work it can not reach above 4 mbps. I have called for almost everyday and they still are unable to do anything for me. They have changed all my connections and still have to provide an answer or some kind of compensation. Hopefully people have better results but I read a lot of other comments and noticed this a common trend with long term customers, unfortunately.
