Abby Hopkins was able to restore my trust in humanity and was able to show that integrity within the leading process is not dead! Thank you!

I am a resident at Hunters Cove. We’ve had some staff come and go, but I believe we have the dream team in our office right now. Carrie makes sure that things are taken care of when you present her with an issue. She never backs down from any challenges a resident may have because she has the experience so things phase her. Carrie always has a solution and gives you her word on when an issue can be resolved. This tells me that she works well with her staff and they work well together, and they work with a smile. If they were not happy, they wouldn’t stay and make our home so comfortable. So I want to thank them all for being so kind and professional. Keep up the good work….. We love it here?❣️

Stayed here for five years didn’t owe for one day. After I moved out these guys wouldn’t even contact me to tell me how much I owed when they cleaned the apartment only to take me to collections. I called the management staff for an explanation Kayla in particular was very rude and hung up on me while I was still talking. This isn’t the first time she is hanging up on me she did same when I was in the process of moving out and seeking some explanation too.
Maintenance slow to respond when in need of maintenance.
I do not recommend to anyone as of today with the present staff in place. Thanks

I've lived here 3 years and have had little to no issues. Our newest manager Kari, is on top of her game. Whenever I've reached out for anything I promptly receive a response. I can't say the same has happened in the past. Things I was promised from previous managers were still a problem when Kari became manager. I've always told her no rush but when you have a chance these are the things that need to be done and voila, it's done. Managers like her make the complex feel more like home.

*2023* It's been a full month and they still haven't fixed our A/C unit! We've told them the inside of our apartment has been getting up to the 90s with 100 degree weather outside, and they don't consider it an emergency for them to come fix it. Hunters Cove does NOT care for the safety of their residents! Zero stars! Do Not Move Here!! We live on the third floor, facing the west where the sun sets, with more windows than walls. So it gets really hot in our apartment over the summer, despite having blackout curtains, and tented windows. Our AC went out on a Saturday, so we called for emergency maintenance to come and take a look at it. The guy came out on Sunday, gave us one window unit, and told us he would be back Monday with the head of maintenance to come fix it. After not hearing from them in over three days, we called the office, filled out request forms, and still haven't gotten any answers on when our ac unit will be fixed. It's been a full week and a few days, and still nothing has happened. We have 3 kids and, it's getting up to 90°F in our apartment. My husband called the office to see if anyone is coming out to fix it, and they told us they'll send someone out to look at it Again! Probably no chance of them fixing it today. So I have to take my kids out of their home that we pay 2,000+ to live in, to go to my parents house so they can stay cool during this hot summer. So if you're looking to live comfortably, look somewhere that doesn't have windows for walls and will fix your AC in a timely manner. Oh and this is NOT the first time this has happened to us, 2020 I was pregnant, and this exact thing happened.
To clarify, this had nothing to do with Rudy the maintenance guy. He is great with coming in and getting the job done! It's the OFFICE STAFF and their LACK of COMMUNICATION SKILLS with their residents! *post made 2023*
*Update to 2024*
The issues we have now is that our tub has been broken for about a year and a half! They finally sent out people last month to "fix it" and all 3 people have failed to fix the crack in our tub. We haven't heard from them on if there will be someone that can actually fix the tub that will be coming out, or if the tub will need to be replaced. I've called and no one can give me straight answers, if they even pick up the phone. Nice to see communication skills still haven't changed. Plus one of our toliets has been broken for about 2 weeks. 3 work orders put in, and still nothing. We pay for 2 functioning bathrooms, and only have 1. Then our washer and dryer hasn't been working. We weren't told till a work order was put in that the washer and dryer that was apart of our lease when we moved in, is no longer part of out lease. We put in a work order to get them fixed, and was told that day that they're no longer their responsibility, and that wash and dryer are now ours to fix. People don't pick up after their dogs, even when the droppings are on the sidewalk. My kids can't really play outside because of it. The only thing for kids to do around here is swim, and that's even if the pool is open or clean enough to swim in. The parking spaces are super tight. Unless you're willing to pay an extra 100 on top of what you are already paying for a garage, you won't find a good spot to park. Then you would think you at least get one free covered parking, but no, that's extra too. You don't get a choice if you want to use their trash services. You pay for it too, whether you use them or not. Even if they don't come to take out the trash. You pay for pest control and I haven't seen them in months, and that's because I had to put in a request for them to come out when we had ants last year. Even then it took 3 days before they came to spray. I had to spray the ants myself cause I wasn't going to wait that long. If you have to move in maybe make it short term, especially if you have kids. Cause there ain

The office staff is no help with anything , it’s always “we will get back with you” .I have lived here for almost 2 years now and there is NEVER consistent office staff. Every other month it is a new manager and leasing person. The Only people who ever actually went to bat and helped me with any issues were of course Rudy and the old assistant manager Kaye . What happened to giving people good service anymore ? I will not be renewing, get it together Hunters Cove.

It is hard to rate management there has been several over the years but I do believe Kari is a good one and hopefullystays. I can compliment the maintenance here there maintenance team rudy and his workers are always helpful and anytime I have needed anything fixed or help in that area he is on top of the issue and gets it taken care of....I left this review out of a favor about a month ago, but after being here 4 years I was treated so bad by who I believe is the leasing agent here I will not be renewing my lease and I would not advise to live here everything is outdated and management has just gotten to not care about their customers. Smh so I will take my business somewhere else.

It has been different management the last few years. Recently, with the new manager Kari and leasing agent Quieda, things are starting to look up. As well as Rudy, the maintenance man. Rudy’s been here for years and for a period of time by himself, but he’s always managed to get the job done and with class and Grace. I believe, we all once at some point in time in life had to come behind someone else and clean up their mess and that’s what these two ladies and their staff are doing. In the short amount of time that this office staff has been here I can say that I’ve seen a change for the better. They have been efficient andeffective with trying to solve the many issues.A Note: We don’t know the problems they walked into. But allow them a chance to fix what’s been broken for quite some time. Nothing happens overnight.God Bless ??

Moved here in 2020 - lots of office staff have come and gone - rents have increased and continue to do so but the apartments here are nice and spacious. New ladies in the office and they are trying to clean up what the previous management and staff have messed up - Rudy is the hardest working maintenance guy in the state of Texas and a true asset!

Just run! I do not recommend this place to anyone. These are NOT luxury apartments! Poor management. Overly priced. The only great and constant thing about this apartment complex is the maintenance guy, Rudy! I’m sure he needs a raise! He was doing the job of three people all the time!

We have been here 2 and half year, and we've went through for so many different management and it's getting worse every time, they charge you fees and increst them without let you know.
But one good thing for sure right now. The maintenance man Rudy Sanchez he is always there; for any problem and any doubt. a very nice and respectful guy, and get things done in time manner. thank you!

We’ve went through several different managements. Every time I go in there, they’re under new management! My refrigerator/freezer has been broken for months? Still is!!! We had to throw away all our groceries and can't keep anything in there now. There was mold in our closet due to a flood. The mold just got painted over. Our water heater leaks! We paid for concierge garbage pickup but never received it. We pay for pest control but they never come by the apartment to spray. This is not a luxury apartment. I have so many pictures. To pay rent here is very discouraging.

They recently started to charge me for valet trash that i don’t use. Monthly pest control has went up without notice . I’m being charged other fees not within my lease. I’m sure I’m not the only one this is happening to. No one is ever in office when you call. No email to communicate through, and even if, it’ll change because management always changes. I’d rather put my hard earned coins and energy into a home because $1400+ for 1b 1b (no bills included) is outrageous for here. Everyone here is being left in the dark while they just collect our rent.
