We went on a Saturday and it was a blast. My son loved the VR roller coaster and air hockey. He went on the ropes course and did the zip line section grinning ear to ear. We ate in the restaurant. The pizza was good. The service was excellent. We will be back .

Excellent company, they helped me find and purchase my first home in Mansfield, Texas.
As a first time buyer I really had no idea of what kinds constraints I was getting into in regards to buying a pre-existing home vs a new construction. Cody helped me tremendously in identifying the kinds of things that I would be facing in both scenarios.
Cody had spent multiple days showing me many examples of new construction sites around the DFW area. He had all the information from the Builders and Contractors for these sites already ready for me when we met each time. Always very thorough and prepared.
Once I had decided that new construction homes were out of the areas of the DFW that I was interested in moving to, he had no issue finding pre-existing homes in the areas I was interested in.
Again, all I did was pick the house I was interested in and Cody had all the information from the seller or seller’s realtor ready when we met.
Once we found the house we were ready to put an offer on, Cody had given a very detailed review of a contract ready for us to submit on site since the market in the DFW is hot hot hot and what the process would be once it was accepted.
Cody stayed in touch with me and helped with the whole process once the offer was accepted. He helped me get an inspector, saved me money on survey by pulling seller information and previous inspection reports, helped with negotiations, and made sure I had all the individual ducks in a row to keep the process moving forward.
He has kept in touch with me since the purchase making sure everything is good, and has helped me with contractor contacts for things around the house that needed a little touch up.
Couldn’t ask for anything more than what he provided. I recommend this realtor 100% and would use them again.

Cody Cockerham did a fantastic job researching and helping us through the search, initial meeting with property sales manager, reviewing documents helping us evaluate and make decision to make a offer. Ultimately came to agreement and then did another super job of tracking the closing process since we had a tight deadline of moving out of our current place. He has assisted several friends and family and I have never heard a bad situation in their dealings with Cody Cockerham at Hi View.
