We’ve never had a problem with the bakery, but this time I was really disappointed. This was my inspiration picture and this is what I received. I was honestly so upset. They’re display cakes look better than this.

My husband and I were very surprised at how rude ALL the partners we came into contact with at this store. Being a former partner myself, I was very disappointed no one greeted us. There were partners eating their breakfast while they pushed their carts or restocked their areas. It was already 7 and the store was in total disarray. Be better HEB Waxahachie!

I love HEB however the parking is horrible at this store and you walk for miles once inside looking for your items. They did not do a very good job at organizing items grouped together for easier shopping. Customer service at checkout is great but they need more staff on the floor to answer customer questions when shopping

Great selections, friendly staff but the rice paper wraps on the shrimp spring rolls were awful. Rice paper wrap should never be so hard you can't chew them. The packaging even said fresh made today 7-25-24. Otherwise, great store.

I purchased an expensive tomahawk steak, I put it in the freezer when I got home. For father's day, I was going to cook it. Defrosted it and it was slimy and had a funk smell to it. Called HEB, spoke with a male manager (didn't catch his name), he said to bring it in and they will refund or offer a credit. I brought it in, spoke with a female manager and she basically told me tough luck, your problem not mine. I spend a lot of money at that store. I will not be back, just because of this. I've never returned a food item in my life. But spending over $60 for a cut of meat that smells and is slimy is insane.

HEB is my go-to place for their store brand peach salsa, ketchup, chips ..... and the list goes on and on. Now that they have opened a store nearer my home in Arlington, I won't have to drive so far to stock up on all my favorites.

Great place to pick up medicine they always have plenty of tellers and they are always very fast and helpful
