Good place I have fun when I go. All employees are great: It just hasn’t been the same for a while. For context about 10 years ago maybe even 6 this place was the bomb could find all sorts of GameCube games Luigi’s mansion animal crossing, mario sunshine. Now it’s just very basic and shovelware. All those games are pretty much dead nowhere to be found. And most of all my biggest pet peeve barely any Dreamcast games. Which is my fav console. No skies of Arcadia, or seaman, or shenmue not even sonic adventure. Instead you get 50 copies of Wii fit cause that’s what people want right? Of course not all there selections are bad but it’s just been incredibly lack luster. No interesting games anymore like at all. I just wish I could enjoy going there again and get excited to buy games because I haven’t bought a game from them in a while. Because well most of them are bad. What happened to the actual classicss? It’s sad when I know another location probably has it somewhere in Dfw but it makes me sad cause I used to love this place! I just hope the issue gets solved because I don’t really wanna keep going here if nothing I like is there

Callie(not sure how to spell her name) is the best! She took her time and explained the whole Nintendo switch to me, I literally know nothing about it. She recommended games for me and even offered to set some aside until I could come back the next day to purchase them.

Awesome employees! Very nice and helpful! Gave me some good recommendations about my consoles and helped me find a place to fix my broken nintendo lite. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a good atmosphere and retro games.

Customer service is terrible, instead of helping customers the woman was talking on the phone with I assume her boyfriend, she was very rude.

Everything about this store is a gamer fever dream! Recently got back into PlayStation 2 and man, the game section exceeded my expectations! I wasn’t expecting to have the whole wall PlayStation and PlayStation 2 games!! The employees there are REALLY helpful and respectful! Definitely can count on them to answer ANY question you have regarding games or whatnot. Really do appreciate their service.
