followed the website directions and went to location and was told they don't do that.... Don't waste your time.
You can get a signature release agreement at your local FedEx location. If you have a FedEx account executive they can also provide the form.

Be careful. I went to get a pieced map laminated for my classroom. They charge by the square foot. TIhe large gaps were too wide between pieces and not placed in a fashion to save laminate. The pieces were stretched to a 17ft cost. The bill was over $51.

I stopped in about 3:50 pm on 3/22/24 to drop a return package off. Large box with a shipping label already printed ready to go. I was greeted by a clerk that was helping a guest so I waited while another clerk helped a family ahead of me. No big deal. However, once the first clerk was finished she greeted the next guest that walked in the door and proceeded to help them, skipping over me. The second clerk finishes up with her guest and returns to the back of the store. First clerk finishes up with that guest then greets and helps another guest that walks in the door, again while I am standing there waiting to be helped. I finally gave up about 3:58 and asked the clerk if I could just leave my package where it was and she said “yes that’s fine.” Like no big deal that I’ve been waiting and skipped over twice. Night and day customer service difference between this FedEx location and the UPS store, highly recommend using the latter.

The store associate was very helpful and friendly. She helped us scan documents. The store had pretty good shipping and packing supplies.

The girl with the braids and fake lashes has an attitude this morning. She should not bring her personal issues into a professional setting. This location has gone downhill over the years.

Stolen goods. My mother shipped a birthday card and Pokémon cards to my significant other for their birthday. The package arrived late and had a shipping label of "reprinted", even misspelling the their last name. The birthday card was opened, the gift card taken, along with the Pokémon cards. Be cautious when using this location, better yet avoid it. This is extremely unprofessional and highly unfortunate that selfish people exist in these trusted roles.

Have used them for years. Friendly staff. Never any problems with them. Seems like problem, if any, is FedEx at destination point. They don't always come through. This is not this office's problem though sometimes they get blamed. Couldn't be more satisfied with our local FedEx. Will continue to use them.

Coming at 6.30 p. Friday night on March 3rd the girl who was there refused to sell me binder just bc about to close. Taking rude to me as customer and asked me to leaves wow what a great customer service. Did u really short good staff that have to hired nasty employees??
