Amazing folks that are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had emergency trouble with my car on a Friday afternoon and they had me come in when multiple other companies told me to come back on Monday. The performed the simple fix for free and sent me on my way. Will definitely be passing on the goodwill given to me by the folks at Featherston!!

Called to have some transmission lines installed and a transmission cooler was quoted for 700 dollars had a wrecker drop my truck off guy stated was under the hood and would call me back never called. So far communication is bad. I was told the job could be done same day. Nice to know my truck made it don't have a vehicle. Like dropping my kid off to someone's house never been to and not receiving a call. I received my truck back yesterday around 2 and today my transmission is slipping high rpm on 20 mph

Brought my car in for ac trouble a year ago. They recharged the a134 and charged 200. It was somewhat usable but not great and quickly degraded. I only drive twice a month. When summer rolls back around I mention I took it in last year, the recharge. The it's not working and they want 95 to check it out. What a waste of freaking money.If you have an ac issue don't go to this or any Pete because selling you on recharges and 1600+ to install a 350 "ac kit" is Thier only "solution". They don't actually diagnose and fix an issue.

The owner harasses kids with disabilities. I’d stay far away from this business.It was in 2005 when I played tennis for waxahachie high school. He found me on the tennis court when I dated his niece and made threatening comments to me.I have a pre existing traumatic brain injury and stroke from 1998. I have significant encephalomalacia on my left frontal lobe.

Shout out to Travis!Long story short, I went to a dishonest mechanic that took my money did not complete the work and left me with the same overheating engine problemTravis insured me that I definitely won’t be coming back for that issue. I will now and never take it anywhere else. I appreciate you so much man.

This place was great!!! My husband and I were travelling from Austin to Oklahoma when two hours in, the car panel lights came on saying we had an issue somewhere. Managed to make it 21 more miles to Featherston Auto Repair. They were extremely busy but the young man came right out and figured out the issue, fixed it, and had us back on the road within an hour. Could not have been nicer. We were very grateful for their help. Would definitely recommend.

Okay first of all I see a few of you in here and your only complaints have been "an employee was tired and kinda grouchy over the phone"And "my daughter went in for a oil change and he told he her didn't have room for her and to come back in four days"First of all, If you need a oil change... do it yourself you lazy good for nothing dad. Bobby isn't a jeffy lube. He is however, the most trust worthy mechanic in the town. Me and my family have been going to him for years. I can't tell you how many times Bobby has looked my mom in the eye and said. Lyn, grant can fix this himself you don't need to pay me to do it. The guy is a great diagnostician, and if it's something you can do on yourself he'll just be honest with you.One time my brother instead of going to him first decided they were gonna try and fix their car in the auto zone parking lot. Dumped a couple hundred dollars in parts trying to figure out what was wrong with it. They finally gave up and just towed it to Bobby's. He called back a few hours laughing "tell those knuckleheads, next time start with the cheapest fix, all that was wrong was a six dollar fuse." Didn't charge us nothing. It's so relieving to know your Mechanic is both skilled, and an honest god fearing man.

I went in for a check engine light and Bobby diagnosed problem as engine misfire and needed spark plugs changed. I asked them to check coolant and flush if needed as well as check the car over. The quote he gave me for the tune up is all they charged me for, nothing extra. I have used these guys in the past and will continue because they are fair, honest and very good mechanics.Another time Bobby suggested I go to Nissan for a check engine light and rough idle. They gave me an estimate of over $14,000! Featherston did only what was needed for $1,300. I highly recommend them.Services: Battery

Just got off the phone with a "employee" I understand people get tired! But you don't have to be a j*** when being asked 2 simple questions! If u hate your job get a new one! Maybe you wouldn't sound so miserable!!
