The manager Jenn saw me, a paying customer standing at the counter waiting to pay for my purchases. I had deodorant and carmax. She intentionally went down another aisle and started talking to another customer. She then proceeded to lead them in another direction. I said “excuse me, is there anyone that can check me out?” In a disrespectful tone she told me to wait because she is helping a customer. I was thinking to myself that I was a customer as well and one that was ready to spend my money right then. When she finally came back I was trying to use self checkout by then, but I did explain to her that it was rude to leave a paying customer waiting like that. Jenn, the manager started yelling at me in front of all the other customers in the store saying that she was going to help me, but now she didn’t feel like it. The lady proceeded to run off at the mouth and mentioned she was not racist because he son was half black. She told me I could leave the store, take my business elsewhere and to never come back there again. Needless to say, she really left me standing at the counter while she helped the next person in line that was standing at the self checkout. There was another cashier there that started trying to help me, but when I asked the cashier for a managers number, she grabbed the phone and said she was calling the police and that I could not leave. She actually was on the phone with them stating she needed them right now. Jenn, while yelling at me told me that she had the right to defend herself. I was absolutely no threat to her as I was trying to pay for my purchase. This is on film and I am ready to fight for my rights.

For the most part this store is ok but I did a door dash order and the store has expired Starbucks drinks ... I'm assuming workers don't check the dates on items that they sell in the store...

Went in to get a few things, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc. front register only took cash, no problem I am paying with cash, I decided to use self check out… the lady was busy, neither register would give cash back!!! How does a store run and cannot give cash back?? Horrible experience, and very dirty, I will spend my money at H‑E‑B.

The morning ppl are rude and everytime I go in there to get my cigarettes they never have them..I went in again this morning and the older lady acted like I was a bother and when I went to get my cigarettes she says they were out again..I seen a carton of them and was going to buy them but she informed me that it was locked and she couldn't get into it..I mean what kind of store do you all run at this location and I funny know that managers could wear spandex shirt shirts..I will no longer be coming back to this store

this cashier white women who use sunglasses very2 giving me hard time for 3 times. the first one when i came with 100$ she was asking for the smaller money then i back to get small money, the second one is i always buy cigaret on there because it was the nearest and accidently i was forgot to bring my ID. but she dont remember me and oke its fine. then the third one is my friend was borrow my small money (bcs he doesnt have small money) in front of her and she told me not gonna do it because her think is im the one who buy, and even im the one who buy im 27 Y.O and i was always buy cigaret on there for many times. and im not going back to buy cigaret on this store again. cus HEB has also and has nice service than this white sunglasses girl!

This place was recommended by our neighbors. Service was great and food is authentic. They give generous portions definitely worth it!

Wacky employees! Dirty store inside and outside. Disorganized. Parking lot from a third world. It needs a deep clean. There is so much room for improvement with this one. It was very unsettling.

As with any of these stores they are packed full of almost everything. In search of gifts for white elephant and other themed party items. Just about found it all and of course it a great price.

Avoid at all cost. Dirty inside and out. Not ADA friendly to put it kindly. Supervisor and management need development. Just save yourself a bad day and avoid this location.
