I didn't think service could get any better than when I lived in Coppell. I was in and out before I could get comfortable in my seat.
Fast, and precisely what I needed to get on about my day. Tanner and the rest of the team were on point and should be rewarded.

Thank you Discount Tire and a special shout out to Skylar!! I’m in the middle of moving and I got a nail in my tire causing a flat. I pulled up to discount tire and he got me right in and fixed the flat. Even brought me my keys to Dairy Queen where I told him I’d be sitting. That’s FANTASTIC customer service. Way to go Skylar. You made my day better and we need more people in the world like you ?

I was driving from Austin to Dallas for work. I needed to be in Dallas around 9am. I left early and about 30 miles south of Waxahachie I hit something and had a blowout. I have run flat tires so drove to Waxahachie at about 50mph. Took me a while but I got to the store at 8am. They didn’t have my tire in stock and said I could wait there until it arrived at 4pm! I couldn’t do that and was a little panicked but the employee went to the back and came back in a few minutes and said he could put on a loaner tire for me to get to Dallas. I left the store at 8:35! After work that day I had it replaced at the Dallas store. I only paid 62.50 since I had the insurance! Great employee and great experience. Thanks discount tire!!

Came for a nail in my tire. Service was done in a timely manner but they ruined my tire. According to the manager it is cosmetic. Cut tire in 2 places and scratched my wheel. Now I will buy a new tire at another business. Accountability is hard to find these days. If I could give a half star I would. I knew better than to come to discount tire.

I had a low tire. They found a nail in the side wall. I had the warranty, so they replaced it for free.
