“Went to Midlothian branch today for husband to open a savings account. They only had 1 person helping with accounts. Waited so long to get taken care of.Usually go to Mansfield branch on Country Club has so many more to help. If we didn't have to wait for about an hour in Midlothian it wouldn't be so bad.On the positive side, I Love Texas Trust. “I came into the Waxahachie location at 2:45 and they were super busy but I had to stay and deposit a check from my Mom’s estate that day as I’d taken off work early to be there. The last customer left at 3:55 but Gabby stayed behind and helped me open an account after hours and I can’t express to her how grateful I am. She was taking time away from her family to help me out as were the other staff members waiting on her. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for going out of your way to help me.
