False Advertising and Hidden Fees
I was initially excited about purchasing a screen protector from CPR phone repair due to their claim of free replacements. However, I've been extremely disappointed with my experience.
After paying a hefty $50 for the initial screen protector, I discovered that the promised free replacements were a lie. When I contacted the store to inquire about the replacement policy, I was informed that I would be responsible for shipping costs. This was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase.
To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction and threatened to leave a negative review, the store representative seemed unfazed. They simply dismissed my concerns and continued to insist that their policy was clear.
I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this business due to their deceptive practices and lack of customer service.

set an appointment for repair or exchange of my cell phone.It was ready on time. Great service. I showed up and they were ready for me. I went over the problem with my phone with the person behind the counter who looked over the phone and then offered me the options for repair or exchange. I elected to exchange phones. The person told me it would take about 2 hours get the new one up and running. phone was ready.

Came to price the replacement of 2 former broke screen phones, they could've done it which is nice, but the prices are only mildly less than a refurb. That's just the market and not there fault. I decided to just go refurb.
However I was also having a issue with my primary phones data USB connection and Android Auto connection to car. I suspected crud in the port. They cleaned it off, works great now and for the fee offered it again if I needed. Same day quick and easy, great location. I'll be back!!

My phone, which has previously been working fine, suddenly wouldn't reliably do Android Auto. Hey! I need that!!
So I took my phone here to get my USB C port cleaned. Jesus took care of it, quickly and professionally, and now I have Android Auto back!
