They didn't want to sell me alcohol because I didn't have an ID from here and my Mexican ID wasn't valid because the store has Canadian policies and they only sell to Americans.

I’ve never had an issues with this store until the last two encounters with one of the workers. I’m not sure of her name. Elderly lady. African American. All I can say about her is that she is very very rude and disrespectful. The other night I went in to purchase a car charger and I wanted to make sure that it was the correct charger so I grab a charger that was already opened instead of opening one.She saw me testing the charger and she assumed that I opened the package i politely explained to her that it was already opened. She started calling me a liar and then told me it’s people like me (African American) who come into her store and cause problems. I was absolutely speechless. Another time me and my son went into the store I purchased an alcoholic beverage and my son purchased some snacks she asked for his ID because he was me while I was buying the drink. THIS LADY NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED. HOW DOES SHE STILL HAVE A JOB WITH TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS???

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was racially profiled by the manager Jackie on several different occasions. She has gone out of her way to abuse her store authority and has truly disgusted the circle k image and I will never shop at the Franchise again.

THE MOST RUDE EMPLOYEES THAT I HAVE HAD TO ENCOUNTERNot sure what the females problem was but I own a business and if my employees had this attitude with my customers I would fire them on the spot, short staffed or not. Was there on Labor Day morning @ 7:00 am

This is the worst place in Waxahachie as far as customer service goes. They have the rudest people working there. An employee named Janice is probably the rudest one there. Be sure you don't need help with anything while you are there. She knows nothing.

It would be nice if they could try to keep their Polar Pop soda fountain drink dispenser stocked. It seems every time I come there, just about half or more of the flavors are out. Same goes for the roller grill.

Great place. Sometimes a little busy but they get you through the line quickly. Sean is awesome and very helpful.
