“Skeptical at first given previous reviews but went forward since none were actually about the quality of service. Here's what I'll say regarding the pricing - they need to do a better job of being transparent with their quotes and have a top end for what customers should expect to pay. I love that you can pick your service a-la-carte, but even after looking my minivan, the service provider wouldn't tell me definitively I shouldn't expect to go over $X and it felt unsettling. I understand from their prospective that some cars need more work and after talking with the owner, seems like the max per hour charge for additional cleaning is $40, but likely will land somewhere closer to $15 to $20 per hour.
I think they'd do much better if they set expectations correctly, but I received great customer service and a great detailing of my vehicle.”

“Service was great, would have gave 5 stars but the card reader on the pump wasn't working right so I had to pay at the counter, but all in all was a great stop to stretch out the legs after hours of being on the road ?”
“The least expensive wash was good. My only complaints are that it is very difficult to enter traveling north and exiting was confusing. Next time will be better.”

“It was my first time going to take 5 car wash and I had the best experience! Nolan made sure that I knew what I was getting done to my car and even helped me out once I got to the vacuum section. He had great customer service and answered all of the questions I had. Great job!! Nolan I will definitely be coming back! My car looked squeaky clean after, no soap scum, scratches, or water spots.”
