Purchased Speed Queen washer yesterday . Mary Ann was very helpful and knew her products well. Delivery was made today following a couple of rain delays. Delivery personnel were great. Those living in Waxahachie and EllisCounty should definitely make a visit here the next time they need an appliance.

Went to Lowe’s and they had no clue what they had in stock. Tried to go back and look kept coming out with excuses drove to CA Wilson talk to Destiny. It was perfect in and out in 30 minutes same price as Lowe’s. Destiny was great!!!

I do NOT love submitting negative reviews but this one has a sweet spot. Destini that works the floor/sales at CA Wilson is exceptional!! She was kind to my children, she is knowledgeable about products, and she advocated for us in a difficult situation! She is a special person and I hope they are grateful for how much professionalism and commitment to service she exhibits. Thank you Destini for conducting yourself with grace, respect, and love!

Me and my spouse have bought several appliances from CA Wilson in the last 3 years. We never experienced any problems in store with purchasing or the customer service in that aspect. The problem comes in when you have to have your appliance repaired. My dryer that I purchased from them a little over a year ago, has stopped working 3 times and all three times the process of getting the parts ordered and the repair scheduled have been less than acceptable. April, who oversees ordering parts and scheduling the repair does not do her job well, you will have to call and check on the status, you will have to call to get it scheduled. It’s now been 6 weeks since it stopped working for the third time- this time they realized while repairing it the second time that a wire would need to be replaced and I was told they would be ordering the part and coming to fix it, there has been no call from them to me. I’ve called several times to check on the status and still it has not been scheduled to be fixed. Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing your appliances from this store.

After spending an entire morning at big box stores, looking for a refrigerator to take home, we finally decided to stop at C A Wilson's and I'm glad we did. Destini found exactly what we needed AND we got to take home a fridge all within 45 minutes. This will definitely be our go to for appliances!

We bought a new Whirlpool refrigerator from CA Wilson, even bought the extended warranty. It is a lemon right out of the box, almost 7 months later it still freezes up and stops cooling. Whirlpool won't replace it until they have done everything possible to fix it . I went back to the store and the manager wouldn't even come out and talk to me about it. The only repair man that they have has been here so many times I can't count. He's replaced every replaceable part in it. The main board was on back order so wow that wasn't fun. Every few weeks he has to come out and thaw it, so I have to unload and reload it for him to do that Every time. It runs constantly raising my electric bill, cant put a price on all the food lost. As of today the repair man had surgery and can't work, whirlpool is backed up and I'm about to loose more food. The lady on the phone says she'll have the repair man call when he comes back to work and that's all we can do. $2,000.00 and 7 months later it look like buying local isn't worth it after all.

Great price, very helpful with what we needed. Installed on time. We purchased a dish washer. Great small town business that has values. We wanted to support a small local business rather that the big box stores and it was worth it. We felt like a customer that they cared about. Highly recommend

Update: Sent a tech from a different company out after I left the below 1 star review. Did not contact me to see my availability, I just received a text saying an appointment was setup. It's unfortunate I had to leave a review to get anything done, but thanks for finally sending someone out.Only has one service tech for warranty work that has been out for months. Promised to call back several times with no follow up. The initial sale might be fine, but warranty services are non existent.
