One of the sorriest banks in Ellis County! After being advised that I can cash a check written from a merchant that banks with PNC, PNC advised no and then changed the answer to yes but with a 2% fee! Total disgrace and poor business practice!

I would give zero stars if possible. I have been a member of this branch for over 20 years. Guaranty became BBVA Compass, BBVA became PNC, I stayed through it all. Now I can’t get a return phone call or a explanation for a obvious mistake on their part.I will be closing my long time account with this institution and would urge anyone looking for a bank to drive past this one and not make the mistake of falling for the lies that they tell.

PNC is the worst thing that happened to BBVA. In fact, if you have fraudulent charges on your account, they won't do anything about it and continue to let the fraudulent ACH take withdrawals from your account.

As far as the branch customer service is great but talked to a manager about my funds not being available. She said there was nothing they could do even though I chose the express funds option and their system did not work properly. She was very sarcastic and when I asked to talk to Someone else she said sorry you can’t and hung up. I have deposited the same check weekly for years and have used the same bank since I was 17 but since it has changed to PNC it has been a terrible experience. Don’t bank here!

This bank went from being one of the best banks in town when it was BBVA, to the very worst bank anywhere that you could imagine when it became PNC. The customer service is virtually non-existent. Suddenly there are fees on top of fees on top of fees added to a simple checking account. That account will be closed on Monday and all other funds will be removed from that bank. I took a risk and stayed with them when I should have moved to our hometown bank Citizens National Bank. I encourage everyone to come to CNB with me and abandon this Tower of Power that caters only to corporate concerns, while the average consumer holds the door for them.

I’ve been unhappy with this bank ever since PNC took ownership almost a year ago. My most recent experience with them was the final straw. They treated me suspiciously and asked multiple questions when I went inside to convert some of my cash into larger denominations for my husband & I to use for auto repairs that had to be paid in cash. I’ve banked here for almost 4.5 years and shouldn’t be treated this way!!! Plus, PNC Bank illegally charges you monthly service fees when the previous bank never did that. We account holders had no choice in the matter!! I preferred BBVA’s way of banking much better and the use of their app was so much more convenient, too. As I write this, I’m in the middle of switching to a different bank so I can take my business elsewhere.

Sorry that many reviews on this branch are sorry to see their old bank go. Nevertheless this PNC branch rocks. Friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Was pleasantly greeted when I arrived, waited for a banker. Angelica was superb, handled my request very quickly. And employees wishes me safe travels (weather was getting nasty) as I exited.So refreshing after dealing with another PNC branch that had none of the attributes of this branch and employees.

Since this bank has taken over daily operations I've had unauthorized charges, issues with logging in to my account, have had 3 debit cards, then to top it off they send your debit card with a new pin and you get the pin a WEEK later in the mail , in the meantime your old pin no longer allows access. To say I'm not happy would be an extreme understatement. I'm looking for a new bank as we speak. These owners leave much to be desired.
