I want to give praise to Christy who has been beyond helpful the times I have been at Autozone. I am extremely grateful for her customer service and cannot thank her enough for her assistance. She is without a doubt the best if not one of the best employee/worker I have encountered in retail. I hope my review is shared to Christy and management.

Josiah checked our battery which was the problem. He replaced and disposed the old battery. We weren’t there more than 15 minutes. Great job Josiah!!!! This is the second time in 3 weeks Josiah has helped my family with different vehicles. Everyone at Auto Zone has been friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Came to Auto Zone, I 'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER OVER 20 YEARS, FOR BATTERY ISSUE'S ON FEB.1ST 24 AFTER 5PM..A YOUNG LADY WORKING THERE CAME TO CAR, TOLD ME MY BATTERY WAS BAD, AFTER CHECKING IT..THEN WENT ON TO TELL ME THE ELECTRICAL PIECE ATTACHED ON THE BATTERY, THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PUT IT IN. JUSTE SELL IT TO MRGR. CAME SAID, AFTER LOOKING AT BATTERY. WENT IN THE STORE & TOLD ME THE YOUNG ASST. WLD. DO IT. I ASKED FOR A PERSON WHO WAS MORE SURE OF THAT PIECE. HE THEN ACCUSED ME OF BEING RUDE, & THEY ARE NOT GOIING TO ASST. ME & I I FELT HELPLESS ALREADY. 69 YEARS OLD & GAS LIGHTED ME ABOUT TSLKING DOWN ON SOMEONE WHO NEEDED MORE TRAINING..VERY UMPROFESSIONAL. I LEFT & WANTED TO TELL THE YOUNG GIRL.I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH HER TAMPERING WITH MY CAR WITH NO KNOWLEDGE. Bought headlights for my car. When the young man put them on the counter, i told him they were the wrong ones. Instead of listening, he assured me they were the right ones. I believe that because I am a woman, he thought I was dumb. However, the next morning, I went back in, and a different gentleman helped me and gave me the correct ones. I told him what had happened, and he apologized for the young man. Lights work gr8.

We are a small auto shop that started with this Waxahachie AZ store in Jan of 2023. We are very happy and satisfied with the service we receive!! So much that we use them EXCLUSIVELY for everything we need. They go the extra TWO miles to make our business relationship the best it can be. We have absolutely NO reason to look anywhere else for our parts needs as this store does it all and with professionalism unlike the other parts stores we have dealt with. If you run a shop you owe it to yourself to get an account with Autozone Waxahachie. These folks stand behind their parts, they act with integrity and they've worked with us on every situation with perfect resolution. This is a real review written by myself, the owner of Willow Creek Automotive of Waxahachie. If you don't run a shop that is fine as well as this store will serve the DIY and regular shopper just as well. I was a regular shopper there before a shop owner and their treatment of me then brought me to them for all my business needs. Autozone had the best commercial program around and I highly recommend you get an account and use the Waxahachie store if it's in your area. My rating is A++ after a solid year with them I cannot thank them enough for being there for my shop when times are good as well as bad. They are a true business partner of mine and, again, my ONLY commercial account I use and trust for my shop and only the best for my customers.
