“My 2003 Yukon Denali XL wouldn't pass inspection because the monitor would not reset. I took it in, looked at it and said it is not throwing any codes, just the monitor wouldn't reset. They didn't charge me and told me to drive it till the monitor reset. It never reset and my check engine light came on, so instead of clearing it myself, I took it back in and they finally had something to troubleshoot. They found the problem and fixed it. My car passed inspection and the fuel milage and performance improved too. The parts were expensive, but the labor was very reasonable. I recommend A&E for all of your automotive needs. I am a repeat customer and I can honestly say that they stand behind their work.”

“I have to say, customer service like this is VERY Rare. I took a brake line to have it flared after a break. Richard took my line, said sit right here.... came back 10 minutes later and said "NO charge" What??? That never happens. Just created a life long customer. Thanks for having old fashioned customer service. Lost art today.”

“My 2012 Honda Civic was starting to make a squealing sound when I would use the brakes while in reverse. I called Cruz, and he quoted me $400 for front brakes and another $400 for the back brakes, depending on if only one set or both were bad. He had an appointment available for 8:00 the very next day. So I drove it in to Cruz Services (for my appointment on 8-20-2024) and explained to Cruz that I was hearing the sound from the back of the car. He took the Civic into the shop right away and diagnosed and fixed it. It took about an hour and 40 minutes, and then it was ready to go. It turned out that it was only the rear brakes for now, with the front brakes still having a bit left on them, so I won't need to bring the Civic back in for that for a few more months. That suited me just fine and was better on my budget. The charge was $400, just as he had quoted over the phone.”
“They are the absolute best. I had a bad repair from a different mechanic and got stranded in the middle of the expressway and had to get towed to this place. They immediately found what was wrong with my vehicle and tried their absolute best to help me with options and in looking for the piece i needed. They fixed my jeep with no problem. As a girl, having car problems and being stranded hours away from home can be scary but they took such great care of me and my vehicle. This place does honest work from honest people and needs all the recognition in the world. 10/10 recommend, if you’re in the area, go here!!!!”

“Lots of workers and open late. I needed a new tire. They had one and got the old one off the wheel and the new one balances and on the car in about 15 minutes. The man working with me was smiling, joking, and pleasant even though it was 30 minutes to closing time. It was quite a deal at just $115 for all that.”
