“Excellent shop, excellent experience. No one else is allowed to touch or wrench on my TRX at all. I usually do oil changes myself ,but I will also be taking in my vehicle to the shop for oil changes. Roy and his team have been extremely transparent with the work they do/ offer and what all has been installed on my truck. He takes a minute and understands what the customer really wants and then pursues it to completion. I met and talked to several Wraght customers ( unsolicited and unknown to Roy and they shared this opinion. That is when I decided to trust him with my truck and havent looked back since.”

When purchasing Emily made sure Hummer fully charged and detailed. When buying new I am ultra picky during final walk around. On final
walk around noticed two small areas other customers would never notice. Emily was more than accommodating reassuring any flaws would be handled quickly. Appointment set up with paint specialist snd issues resolved days after purchase.
