Staff is always so nice and helpful but today was a huge let down, 3 workers were so rude I was shocked but the main one was the cashier something happened with my card & she said people are holding up my line while there was only 1 person behind me . If you wake up in the wrong side of the bed it’s not our fault .

Big parking lot and has lots of employees,sadly none could help me when I had a question, but they tried. Prices are higher than at other stores and when I looked under a posted sticker, it was higher than actual sellers prices. Still like to go in and look around.

Staff are polite, and helpful restrooms can be a bit better, which has a wide range of clothing, tools, and food for animals and people

Waxahachie location is a very friendly staffed place....with that being said, the staff won't hound you to see if you need help. They allow you to BROWSE the store and not disturb you like some places. This makes it a pleasant visit. But they are always ready to help as soon as you need them.

DO NOT purchase any plants from this store. I bought two $19.99 plants last night and they seem a little withered but I was told it was because they had just came in in a truck cramped more than likely they all looked in bad shape. I took them home watered them, well this morning they look even worse so I decided to take them back but the store manager said they don’t refund plants or exchange. I did called the corporate customer service number and they told me they could have they wanted to, that it was up to them but unfortunately they couldn’t do anything about it. Lowe’s and Home Depot do refund and exchange on plants. Never buying plants from Atwoods.
