Tiffany was extremely helpful in helping me choose new eye glass frames. She saved me money too as my budget is a bit tighter this year than normal. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Tiffany!!!

First and last time I will ever go to Visionworks, I got new insurance this year and Target Optical unfortunately was not in my network. Paid $300 for what I thought were monthly contacts AFTER insurance, because my Dr. said let’s try bi-weekly but if you want monthly’s just let them know when you order. I confirm with the guy that I want MONTHLY contacts, he said oh yeah they are monthly’s you are ordering. I go to pick them up today, they are bi-weekly’s and the girl tells me well your Dr. didn’t write it for either or just the bi-weekly. That would have been an easy fix had the guy I was ordering with said something! My Dr. is literally right next door I could have walked over and asked her for an updated script. I could have ordered monthly’s online for the same price without insurance had I known I was going to have this issue. Very poor customer service and outrageous prices.

You know it’s bad when when it takes almost a month to receive a pair of glasses that you did not originally order on top of poor customer service. Honestly last two years vision works just lacks any customer care that is worth the cost of purchasing any glasses or contacts from them. Really wish I had gone elsewhere.

Very professional and tentative to your needs and concerns. I really appreciated the patience they took with me in giving me a tutorial on wearing contacts for the 1st time! I would refer friends and family to this location! 5 stars!

Great experience, from the store manager to the optical technicians, they are all friendly and eager to assist. Great frame options and quick turnaround on receiving the frames. I’ve been coming here for years and continue to highly recommend this location.
