Went into store on Denton Hwy for help with my phone and 2 guys working were quick to introduce themselves and offer help. Both explained issues and helped fix quickly, customer service is still great here and why I remain with Verizon. Appreciate it guys!

Showed up at 7:00pm, employee locked the door and hid in the corner. We were picking up and online order. Once we started pulling out of the parking lot they started pulling down the security shades. Extremely immature and unprofessional behavior.

Call for my early upgrade and was told shipping is the only method. Very disappointing when you have to travel for work and can only make it into a store. Highly disappointed and more than likely gonna take my services some where else. Pretty poor customer service Verizon

The last time I was here, they wanted to charge me to swap information from one phone to another. I thought it was not worth the cost, but when I followed all the instructions and my phone messed up, I had no one to blame except Verizon for not providing quality customer service.

Got lost finding place so I called. NO ONE there could given me directions. How do they get to work and do their jobs?? Verizon is really going downhill. Outage on my phone when the ATT one happen and it was never even mentioned by Verizon. I had to beg for a new phone and got one with no charger (?). Customer service non existent.

A very friendly salesman tried to sell me a new plan in order to replace my internet box with the exact same one. Stating it was the only way to replace. Upon talking with online support I can honestly confirm that this is not the case. Seems like maybe the sales commissions are interfering with employees offering support for current customers. It was very odd.

Manager very unprofessional and was working on 12/15/2023 at 3:40pm said he was busy in the back when asked to see him immediately since I had been in store 6 times this week already. And haven't had service, texts, calls, data, for almost a week now without a phone and still paying monthly for it. And the manager had the audacity to not help . After several employees could not help me so I insisted on talking to manager but he would not come out from back of store. I'm canceling my family plan with Verizon poor tech support in store.I have gotten 2 sim cards already and tried multiple devices and still don't have data, calls. Or texts for almost a. Week now and still paying for this is unacceptable.

Awful customer service. Save yourself and just call into the 800 customer service. 5-6 employees in the store and only 2 customers are being serviced. Do better. Verizon's service is why I'm with Verizon. Today was a bad look.

I initially set up an appointment to have a SIM card replaced at another store but decided to come to this location due to the production of my home. This was a neat and clean store and a lot of Team Members to assist.... If you have an appointment. There are a lot of nice things about having an appointment style system to help customers but for minor issues like SIM card swaps, it seems a tad much.Aside from that, the manager of the store did take the time to help me and recognized my situation was an easy fix and took care of me right away.

They seemed to have downgraded their help services to the point where they'll sell you something but no help with the products like they did in the past. Even their recommendations where to go for service was a very bad.

Shop at Best Buy the Verizon retail store especially this one run by a child Jordan I don't know how young this guy was, the other employee flipped the sign to closed 5 min early on August 4th 2023 he would not talk to me I barley got his name he would not speak up or open the door to talk to me.Jordan claimed to be the store manager.For his failure to communicate with a existing client I would have terminated him from employment if this store was mine.I don't know what else to say??The local Best Buy to me was the best they told me that they would help me as soon as they could all I wanted was a certain selection of phones Best Buy directed me gladly.I will probably purchase a unlocked device and cancel my Verizon service ASAP!!
