Very nice and helpful people. A lot of reviews aren’t good but this is a small office with only 2 people working it so obviously it’s not going to be as fast but it is not usually packed at all so your in and out within 3-5 minutes.

There's like only two people who work as clerks here. Very small office. Usually never a line of more than 5 people. Easier to manage than the office down in Davis.

Is it really necessary for both of the 2 employees here to take lunch at the same time and shut the whole place down for an hour?? I don’t know of any other USPS that does this. Super inconvenient don’t go between 1-2pm Monday through Friday.

Spent $20 to send two packages out and they have been listed as “accepted” for TWO DAYS with zero updates. The phone number is absolutely useless and all you get is some automated bullshit, and the clerk could only lazily shrug his shoulders and tell me “they’re out there. They got sent out.” Then where’s the proof?! I have NEVER had this issue shipping USPS through Office Depot.

I went on on 09/16/24 to drop a package at this day (09/24/24) it says as I didnt drop my package, I went back to ask but they just tell me to keep waiting, they lost my package! People please dont drop your packages there, better wait on the line and make sure it is scanned by them, otherwise they will lose your package

The only post office I use because this location ships the quickest - I drive out of the way to come here! My stuff never gets lost! I have a small business so ship a lot! One time I forgot a label and they shipped it to my house instead of throwing it out! Highly recommend!!

I'm writing this review because this is the second negative encounter with the lady that works at this location which has been unwarranted and unacceptable, and she doesn't get a third chance. I don't know her name, but she is an older lady with a short blonde bob and from the looks of the reviews here she has a track record of being rude. I've lived in the area for a little over a year now, my first encounter was that I came in to ship a package, well I ran out of tape right in front of her and asked her for a single strip of tape. not only did she not speak at all, when she spoke to all of the other patrons before me, but when I kindly asked her for a strip of tape she pointed to wall and said you can buy a roll for 3.99 or you can go to the store ( knowing she was ready to close so If I had left, I wouldn't have been able to ship my package not to mention I had already waited in line for almost 20min.
fast fwd, I visit this location again to mail a package, I have my own tape, the older male that works here grabbed my package asked if anything else was going in once I said no he immediately pulled out his tape gun and taped the top, I said "Oh I have tape!" and he said "it's ok sweetheart." so clearly it wasn't about the tape! today 3/25 around 440. I walk into the office, not a single soul was in the office, just me and the lady. I grab a box and walk over to the outgoing mail counter to throw the items inside, again, she doesn't speak but she hollers " you need to do that out there." pointing to the mailroom. Remembering my last encounter with her, I started to sarcastically laugh, and I said, "There isn't a single soul in here, I'm in nobody's way." She then realizes she probably crossed the line and said, "oh you didn't let me finish; you can scoot over here but that space is for incoming packages." I said to her no, I didn't interrupt you but that's ok I'll go out here, she then tried to clean it up more and offer me to stay inside. from outside, I can hear her greet every individual that walked in after me, even engaged in conversation with them so either she is Racist or just a nasty individual, but either way SHE NEEDS TO BE checked bc its evident that she needs the job AND IF SHE DOESN'T WANT TO SERVICE PEOPLE, SHE NEEDS TO GET A NEW JOB!

The old white woman working today (Clerk 06 2/8/24 around 3pm)Had a really nasty attitude with only the black people I noticed. She greeted all of the white customers and it was radio silence with the black customers. Very awkward. She doesn't deserve a job serving customers if she can't respect all people.

We have had many packages that CLEARLY have [Handle with care: DO NOT BEND] written on them and yet the mail carriers who service our house [which there have been a few] keep bending and shoving our packages to fit into the mailbox. I am very upset ? because each package they do that to is usually about $45 down the drain. GET OUT OF THE MAIL TRUCK AND WALK IT TO THE DOOR OR LEAVE A NOTE SAYING PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE AT THE POST OFFICE!
