Always have good luck funding shows I like to add to my collection. I have used the Watauga location, Colleyville, and the fort worth location. Watauga has best selection, and cleanest by far.

Love they added this location. The size large+ selection for pants was limited but plenty of going out shirts and sweaters. Very limited shoe selection for men and women. Dressing room was easy to use and associates were kind. Cute selection of jewelry. I’ll go again :)

This should have been posted a few weeks ago. This is for not the store in general, but a specific employee who had the worst attitude I have ever experienced in all my years of customer service & should be fired immediately! I do understand we have bad days, but I waited to post this to see if it occurred again & it did. I have called the manager but they said they only work during the weekdays. I’ve always loved to shop here & have had wonderful shopping experiences before they moved to their new location over the railroad tracks. I drove over an hour to take some clothes to resell to this establishment a few weeks back. I proceeded to sign in & I gave them 2 small Walmart bags of clothing. Some of which still had the new tags on them, & very much what they are selling on their racks right now. They had an hour and a half before they closed, (I could tell they were fully staffed after I spoke with them.) One of the girls said that they had a long wait & that I would need to come back tomorrow. I went on to explain how far I drove & the other young lady said, “let me see if we can fit you in.” I’ve seen them slammed before, with tons of items everywhere & there was absolutely nothing anywhere around the counter, except one small tote on the floor. The young lady that had said I needed to come back tomorrow took the clothes from the other young girl. As I stood there waiting to see what she was going to say, she said she was going to call somebody & that she was so sick and tired of something to her co-worker. I couldn’t make out the rest but she rolled her eyes. I noticed she started rummaging through them, so I figured she was looking them up so I want browsing. A few minutes passed & the other young lady that told me she could try & fit me in called out my name. She stated that none of the items they were taking right now due to the style & also the shoes were too creased. Let me tell you! I marched right over to the racks & found almost identical jeans of all the ones in my bags and the men’s shoes they had on the shelves, were no where near as nice as the ones I had brought that day. I couldn’t believe it! I didn’t say a word to the young ladies and I left. Fast forward to last week. Of all places my daughter wanted to go look to shop for her homecoming dress was here & the mall. I didn’t tell her about my encounter so, I took her anyway. As soon as we walked in the door there were five employees, at the front desk. Two checking customers in and looking up pricing, two tagging, & one walking the clothing out to sell onto the floor. All employees spoke & were extremely helpful, except for that same young lady. My daughter ended up even buying her dress she tried on that day. I’ve worked in retail, managed & owned multiple businesses & I have never seen an individual so blatantly rude.

Hey! I brought in some clothes to sale (and donate because I knew some of them would NOT sale… haha).
They ended up taking 4 items (which I probably had 10 that I thought they might take, but a lot of it was older items (7+ years) so wasn’t sure, ya know?
They offered me $15 in store credit or $12 cash, and I took the $12 cash and use $3 to buy a cute blue bow for my daughter.
Overall great experience!
This store is bigger than the colleyville ones and has much more space to shop and room for people two people on the aisles.
They had a great selection of clothes in all sizes, and I’m excited to come back and shop, again! Woo Hoo!

I absolutely love uptown run don’t walk the best prices and amazing staff love the cleanliness of the places wide spacious area no complaints music is always welcoming love it here
