“I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the facility was. It is an older property & as I walks in, my first reaction was with regard the cleanliness and it smelled really good. The agent Alicia took me to inspect the unit, I them rented. I had low expectations but was surprised. I am happy so far with my unit.”

“For both Golden Triangle & Keller Hicks location:Although there was lack of notice that the facility to pick up my reserved vehicle had changed wtihout notice and then there was a charge on my receipt after the rez was finsihed that should not have been done, the area Mgr, Kyle M, was prompt to my concerns and made it right.Mistakes will happen in every compnay. I judge them on how they resolve the issues and Kyle did me right.Thank you, Kyle.”

“It’s located in the Kwik Kar so I had to call because I couldn’t find it. I was actually looking for boxes because I thought it was an UHaul store but they only rent trucks. When I called however James was super helpful and said someone had actually dropped boxes off there and he gave them to me since they don’t sell them. Super nice and friendly!”
