this store was so messy. they had a birthday card that was supposedly "for him" but it was a woman's card! there were also children screaming in the clothing department! this corporation worships the devil. yesterday i went and i saw a group of 9 year olds worshipping him in the scooter section!!!! they were face first on the ground twerking to show him his respect- so disturbing. there was also someone dressed in a crop top, and an exposed tatoo of a kissy mark!!!!! that is so inappropriate! i also saw someone with a child that was wearing a barely cropped crop top that is the worst you can't raise your children like that! there were samples in the makeip section of mascara and a child put it on their lips. i don't recommend this store

It's clean and organized with helpful staff except at checkout. It's hilarious they have like 20 plus checkouts but all are closed except the self checkouts. So sad

Hello people!!! Do not buy Target gift cards. I went to target today with $90 in gift cards I earned from my work!!! Upon redeeming them there was one card that the scratch off part wouldn't scratch off and another card that would not work!!!! I was sent to customer service where I was told neither card had any money on them. Mind you these cards were still attached to the original packaging with the seal and scratch off part undisturbed. The girl at the register opened each one and scratched off the area on the back so they could be scanned. So in all Target got me for $20 today!!! Happy Holidays to you all and go to Target if you want to get ripped off and pay 2x the price of Walmart. I don't know how Target stays in business with customer service like that. This wasn't the only thing I wanted to say but the only civil way to tell you about my bad experience!!! I'm asking my company to stop purchasing Target Gift Cards!!!!!

I honestly liked this target because is closed to my house, but I think I wouldn’t go anymore today I was humiliated an treated different because of my skin color an how I was dress, everything was going fine till I ask for Nintendo game in electronics the girl there told me she had 3 of the bluey games an I ask her how much were they she said is $40 I said okay,I waited an waited an she never came back when I saw she was already speaking to someone else,mind you I’m Hispanic an I just left an ask someone else then he ask her if she was helping me she said no I said yes I ask u about the game an I was waiting for you an she looked at me up an down an said “oh you still want it” “is $40 you know can you afford it” I was so mad I just told her “if I’m asking you for it is because I want it an I’m going to buy it” she was super rude an I felt so bad I’m never going back

I'd like to take a moment and give public recognition to an outstanding employee working at the Target in Watauga, TX by the name of Cadie (KAY-Dee). I went into Target on 11/29/2023 looking for a pair of skates for my son. After looking in the main toy section I didn't see them. I saw Cadie who happened to be working near the toy section and asked where they were located. She guided me to a section which was just on the other side of a main path across from the toys. I thanked her thinking that was the end of our interaction. But not only did Cadie guide me to the right section, she stayed with me and helped me see what options were there for my son. She asked questions to help better understand what I needed. Questions like how old is he? What size does he wear? The entire time she was extremely kind, patient, and polite. While I was deciding between two different pairs of roller blades she offered to put the other pair on hold for me just in case I needed to exchange them. I really appreciated that. I really did. I was so happy with the way Cadie took the time to help me that I made sure to get her name and correct spelling because I knew I was going to give a huge review for her. I've been a District Manager in the past and had teams of 100+ employees and I know that having an employee who has a natural way of caring about customer needs is a rare find. Cadie is an outstanding person and employee and she deserves all of the recognition. I truly thank her for her time and patience in helping me. My son loves his roller blades by the way! I even went back and bought another pair of roller blades for my youngest son the very next day. Thank you again Cadie! I hope someone on the team lets you know that I appreciate you and what you did. Never change and keep being great! And Happy Holidays! ? Go Cowboys! ✭

This target along with many other are just like Walmart! Pay employees to check out if I wanted to check myself out I would have not came here. Such a shame use to be about customer service now have to wait in line 5 min just to check out! Do better Target advance!!!! don’t adapt the ways that make you last place too!!!

Went in looking for accessories for a new phone. Walked the department aisle by aisle while being ignored by THREE associates who were laughing, talking, giggling, etc. When I asked for help I was told "I don't think we have that". No offer to help locate anything. Guess I was interrupting the party.

Over the last 20 years this place has gone through several resets and I have seen both good and bad. Post COVID, everyone is trying to keep up with people's "that's ok, Amazon will deliver it to my doorstep" attitude and you can tell that this store does seem to (usually) employ enough staff members to help. The last 7-10 times we have always had a good shopping experience but good luck trying to find someone who isn't at the registers or at the front because there's noone usually available anywhere else. (Thanks Amazon). I'd still rather shop here or ship to store than buy something on Amazon and risk the quality (which is usually lousy). Keep it up, Target. You're doing a much better job than Walmart.

Came here to view and test out strollers and they had none out. Instead stacks of boxes in the test area. Super disappointing because there isn’t many other places to test strollers.

I do love the convenience of target drive up! However, sometimes it will take a while for my order to come out even though I ordered 1 or 2 items. I guess they are short staffed which is not the employees fault. Overall, good service.

Let me start by saying, customer service these days just isn’t what it used to be. I have been in customer service my whole life and I will never understand why an employee would treat any polite customer the way I was treated. I love this location as a whole, however I will NEVER go to the pharmacy here again. I went to this location to drop off a prescription for my daughter who had just been seen by the dentist. I was in a good mood, running errands and taking care of some things. My husband and I walked up to the pharmacy counter (there was no one in line), and we stood there patiently waiting. We allowed a few minutes to pass and still no one came to assist or acknowledge us. We saw someone behind the desk in the back, but she was on a computer and didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing there. We see another associate (Svetla) come from the left and still no acknowledgement. Instead of assisting us, she began (what seemed like) putting some things up in the back but still did not come to assist or let us she would be with us momentarily. Finally, I spoke up and said in a very patient kind voice, “excuse me, is there anyone that can assist us”. Svetla comes over with the worst attitude rolling her eyes and stood there. I told her we just needed to drop off our daughters prescription. She held her hand out and snatched the prescription paper out of my hand rolling her eyes again and walked to the back as if she was looking for a prescription. (In total disbelief) I politely said excuse me again and asked for my prescription back, told her that her attitude was horrible and ended up going to the Walmart on Beach to get it filled. I have never experienced such horrible unprovoked rudeness like this before. I was very nice, kind, and patient and I definitely did not deserve being overlooked, or treated that way. I truly hope Svetla doesn’t treat anyone else like that because that was horrible. I did speak to a manger before we left who apologized and took my information down and told us our soda was on her. If this is who you have behind the counter at the pharmacy in Target, I’d expect a lot more bad reviews about their lack of customer service and horrible attitudes. How is it that I found better customer service at Walmart? Horrible and a shame.

Came in to buy airpods. Stood near the apple stuff for 10 minutes and no one came. Looked around and couldnt find anyone. This was in the middle of the day. I guess they dont like money so i took mine somewhere else.
