We went in the store at 11:00 am on 7/6/24 and left at 11:32 am. We were looking for an office chair to fit our needs. No one greeted us as we came in the store, no one offered to help while we were in the store, in fact we did not see a single employee on the sales floor the entire time we were there and as we left there was a girl at the front counter without any customers but she didn’t even acknowledge us as we left empty handed.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO STAPLES.

I love that I can run in real quick and make an Amazon return. They package it for you, label it and ship it back to Amazon. No problems. Very convenient.

We went to staples in search of a few items and the staff was helpful. We got all that we needed and the check out experience was very pleasant. The store was clean and presentable and the staff had great attitudes.

They close at 7 now, which makes it impossible to shop here. Hopefully businesses will start to see the issues they’re causing. Until then, stop shopping at stores like this.

Absolutely despise liars, and sadly, that is what the print team is made of. I called at 3:03 to confirm my order and was told 45 min max. I arrived at 4:15 and was told they wouldn't have it ready until 6:30. Spoke with the manager, Alexandra, yet she offered no support. I specifically called to better route my errands and they have caused extreme inconvenience.
Customer service is a thing of the past, and even more so here at Staples Watauga.
I'm in the midst of setting up a new home office, computers, printers, furniture, etc., And staples will NOT receive any of my business.
Do better !!!!!

Things are easy to find, staff is helpful and prices aren't obnoxious. Plus, don't have to wait to get it from Amazon.
