Terrible communication and extremely unprofessional. This is the 2nd time bringing our dog.The appointment was made for 12pm and we were told it would be 6 hours, that’s it.Around 5:20pm I called to ask about how much longer it would be. The lady said they were finishing his nails and he would be done soon. Once again didn’t mention anything about closing time.At 5:57pm they called my husband (I’m still at work) and asked if he was coming and they “close in 3 minutes and she’s just she cannot stay later than 6 for this dog”. He said he wouldn’t be able to make it and that we would have to board him overnight. They left my dog in a crate, no one there, no way to contact them or communicate any needs with them.Hours online said they opened at 7am, I went to pickup my dog but hours on the door said they open at 8am.While yes we should have paid a little more attention about the closing time, they had plenty of opportunities to communicate that with us as well.

I cannot give this establishment enough praise!Thianna and staff has always been so helpful and professional but most of all loving to my very hyper doggie!I feel every time I’ve walked out of there I’ve left more knowledgeable about dogs in general and they seem to also be true animal lovers Who Will be kind to “Tyson” no matter how long I have to leave him there for vacation .Thank you guys for always being so great and never traumatizing my dog!! Lol

Horrible experience, I've been here a few times to have my little one groomed. I WILL NEVER RETURN! Don't leave your pet here for extended periods of time! Once I picked up my dog after 7 hours for a groom, she came home and drank more water in one setting than I have ever seen after owning her for 5 yrs and - sadly I am not exaggerating this! She was groomed wonderfully, however, I do not feel at ease leaving my pet in their care. The lady with the glasses (I believe the owner's daughter) is extremely rude to customers (I never saw the owner who is more pleasant). She seems burned out and put out that her job is to take care of dogs and checking customers in. She really wanted to argue with me about arriving at closing time and the fact that I should have waited for a text before arriving. (I had never tried to argue, I patiently waited). To be clear, I wasn't told to wait on the text past closing time and the sign on the wall clearly states if you don't get your pet by closing you will be charged extra. The employee was told "happy holidays" and her response was "umm, yeah right, I will be stuck here walking dogs." If you hate your job working w/animals then find another job! I won't be returning and I had an uneasy feeling about leaving her, I should have trusted my gut and left.. w/my dog. In addition to my experience, I did witness this same person taking dogs outside to potty and she was holding them by the collar with no leash?! Who willingly signs up to pay for that kind of horrible dog care?!?! Do better!! The animals don't deserve that kind of care and neither do the paying customers.

The grooming was good and the lady who was there when I dropped my baby off was super nice too. But the other ladywho was there when I picked her up was super rude for no reason. I asked her what takes them 6 hours out of curiosity, she was mad at me instead of walking me through the process. I mentioned her that I didn’t have any problem with how much time they take but as a customer, I think I deserve to know what goes through the process!

Snoopy’s have taken care of my family (5 different dogs of kinds & sizes) for about 15 years now. They have always taken great care of our babies. We are never unsatisfied with the cuts, the prices and the customer service. Highly recommend bringing your furry family members here.

This grooming place is not as advertised. In the morning, when I dropped off my yorkie I didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable leaving my puppy. They kept him for several hours not sure why. In the afternoon, when we picked him up the person gave me the wrong dog and said she just grabbed the 1st yorkie she saw. My puppy was shaking when she finally handed him to me. He was nipped several times and no one told us. I was charged before seeing my puppy’s haircut and asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Really? I was not happy with the service or his haircut and will not be returning to this place again.

This is a great place to get your dog groomed at. It's family owned. Their customer service is awesome and inside the facility is great. Nice peaceful. It doesn't stink and is very comforting. I take my dog here to be groomed from time to time, I was even able to board my dog here and my dog came back fine. There are a lot of other groomers out there that do not take care of your dog and I have a few friends that dogs came back. Traumatized that's not the case here at Snoppy's. They love on your dog the same way you love on your dog. So if you need a place to bring your dogs to get groomed, boarding with loving and care. This is the place

Friendly, staffed by obvious animal lovers. (You would be surprised). Prices have increased recently, but they were shockingly low before, so I understand the need to pay the bills. Have used them primarily for their grooming services. They make sure to inform you of any issues (fleas, scabs, skin/eye irritations, etc) as well as information regarding the grooming session. One of my cats is rather grumpy, so sometimes she gets extra persnickety, but they make whatever accommodations they need to make things as calm as possible for her.I have also used their boarding when spending time out of town. They ask questions about which animals like spending time with each other/ are social, eating habits, etc. Very dedicated to making your pet safe, happy, and healthy.

I took my Shih tzu to Snoopys for most of her life. Maggie is since gone, but I now have a new Shih Tzu. I plan to take him starting next Saturday. I never had a problem with anyone at Snoopys. They always did a great job on Maggie. I’m sure the will on Jax.

Unless your pet is used to a kennel/cage 22 hours a day, do not bring them here. Our dogs are professional boarders - we travel for work and they have been boarded at multiple places, always with lots of compliments from staff. We just moved to Texas and found Snoopys. Our dogs were there for 9 days. They're kept in cages (which they will tell you) but we had no idea for how long. They're only let out twice a day. Our dogs have been home for a day and have been skittish, one won't eat (has never happened), one has a cut on her nose, and both have peed in the house which they haven't done for years. They usually love going to boarding because of being around other animals and we are used to places who give our pups lots of love. Definitely did not happen here. The staff is not friendly or welcoming. I had hesitation after drop off but talked myself out of it. At pick up, still same demeanor. They were supposed to be bathed and we were told they forgot. We noticed they wrote in sharpie on our dogs items and spelled their names wrong. This shows lack of care. Even after returning my call to discuss concerns, they showed no compassion. In the future I will pay more money at a different place to make sure my dogs are treated well.

Great place with the most helpful and awesome staff!!!! I bring in my 140lbs Great Dane daisy for her nails to be trimmed and they are the most friendly and great with her. Daisy does not like her feet touched but with them she don't mind!
