Very clean place, very friendly staff, I went in to try to get a job but they were not hiring, the manager said they weren't hiring now but to put in an application and they let me know if anything comes available, they were super friendly and informative, also they had a very large selection of animals/toys/exhibits/food and everything inbetween

I usually go to the other pet store but they were out of what I was looking for so went to this location. It would have been nice if someone was available to ask for help when I needed it. Plus, they had only 1 person at the registers and someone was signing up on the app and those of us in line had a long wait time and when you have merchandise in hand it is not acceptable. Will not be back to this location unless they improve on customer service and availability of cashiers.

We signed up for training classes. We were all rescheduled our first day because the class was full (4) dogs. Judy the trainer called me that night and said our dog wasn’t the problem. She only likes 2 dogs per class. We picked a new class 1:30 on Sundays. She asked to reschedule again for a different time/date. This was the 3rd time. She asked for us to do a meet and greet, when we already meet her our first day she rescheduled. When she asked to reschedule again I said no. I said we paid for that group class because of our schedules. She kept pushing for private classes which cost more. It’s our dog we want group classes. He’s a shy dog, nothing is wrong with him. She negotiated the private class price to get us to do it. I said no again. At that point I’m annoyed we wasted two weekends we could of been training. The 1:30 class wasn’t even a guarantee we were assigned to it. She said the next group class was June 9th, that we would have to wait. We asked for a refund but she said we would get partial refund because we did the meet and greet. We didn’t ask to do that, she asked us to go up there for 30mins to talk. No training was done. I called to speak with Eric one of the managers, he agreed we shouldn’t be charged for anything if the classes never started. He was supposed to let all the managers know so when we showed up today, there would be no confusion. He failed to do his part, so we had to explain this all over to Marcos the other manager. They weren’t able to refund us because their system wasn’t working.. so we had to call customer service to get a refund. Her excuse is she thinks he needs private classes, it’s not her dog to dictate that. She said she meet our needs, she didn’t I told her many times we work during the week but she kept offering Fridays. She kept trying to get us on private classes. Theirs a reason we choose a 6pm class on Sundays. She reschedule 3 other people the same time and they’re probably going through the same thing or paid extra for private classes. It’s not our fault she rescheduled everyone. why have a schedule online to sign up if she doesn’t have it together? It’s very unprofessional and disorganized. This whole experience was terrible. We’ll be sticking to going to petsmart like we have in the past.

Great place, employees are helpful and willing to go out of their way to help the customers. Gentlemen in the back in the food section was willing to help and even go out of his way to explain the great knowledge he has with the different type of foods,brands,ingredients, and even store policies. Great experience!

This is the most pathetic location for dog food. They do not EVER order enough food for the demand of the supply. It’s pathetic that their truck comes on Thursdays and they still don’t have the large bags. Also, they have boxes everywhere and carts full of stuff in all the aisles as well. NOT STOCKED on their shelves as they should be. Seems like a hazard when a dog possibly does something unexpected and causes some kind of incident. Or a child. Or just a random shopper. Do better Petco. Ridiculous
