I am a 76 grandmother and my deceased husband, David , always went to this store on Rufe Snow in Watauga. He passed in 2004, He would always go to this store to buy what ever he needed for his 2000 GMC. Pickup truck . So That’s where I go because the guys there were very welcoming and helpful to me. I have been waiting 4 years for them to get consistence driver for first call. This shop never has there stuff together. They can't make a simple drop for parts. This is one of the many reason we don't use O'Reilly's and spend $20 to $30k at AZ instead. They never have the same manager or front staff. The young girl is rude and the manager doesn't know what customer service is!

I asked for Gerard to help me with new wipers. The girl named Nicole cussed and said “his A$$ don’t work here no more.” Then she laughed . Very unprofessional. I went to Auto Zone across the street. Goodbye oreillys.

I went in with my Spanish speaking friend for brakes. The young man Miguel was very polite and helpful, however manager Jason kept interrupting in English saying nasty and inappropriate things. He must’ve not known I speak English. I told my friend after we left, he was not pleased at all. Very disappointed.

Gerard at O’Reillys Wautaga helped me select the correct windshield wipers and even volunteered to put them on my car. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He treated other customers and the delivery driver dropping off a package with the same professionalism. It was refreshing to be on the receiving end of someone who provides great customer service with enthusiasm. He’s awesome. Give him a raise!

Had an issue with a center support bearing on a 2003 chevy 1500. Nathan the sales representative that I delt with was very nalegable and patient with me. After going rounds with numerous part number, application variances, and model variances he was able to fit my old pick up with the right part and took the time to make sure what he was giving me was the right part.
I've been very happy with my guys down at orieleys auto parts of Watauga. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. I won't go any where else.

I went in to replace my battery, and let me tell yall Gerard is THE MAN. We were outside in 13 degree weather changing my battery and he was eager to help the whole time. He is the representation of customer service. Not only is he professional but he is genuine?
