If I didnt have to put stars I wouldnt. These people are in the scam business. We bought a vehicle with them, they told us that 8 months after we purchased it that we would be able to trade it in for a newer vehicle. They did not tell us that we could not take the vehicle out of state. Fast forward 8 months, we are completely current with payments but because they found out how much we put into the truck, they wanted it back. Again, we were NOT told anything about taking the vehicle out of state, so we were unaware it was a breech of contract. We are not the first to experience this, and I just want others to be aware of this before their lives get turned upside down like ours.

just nowNEWAvoid this place HORRIBLE customer service. They tell you they will fix anything wrong with the vehicle within 30 days but they won’t. They will continuously tell you they fixed something when they didn’t. They will say they had multiple mechanics looks it and they don’t hear anything. Then they’ll belittle you and say well you bought the used car....yet their the one selling them wow. They finally said they will look at it but don’t have to fix anything. They do not value their customers. Greg and Mike...also goes by Michael will lie and lie to keep money in their pockets. Completely unprofessional.

If I could give negative stars I would. My family and I wasted 3 hrs at this car lot. After being approved we were told the "owner" wanted more of a down payment after we had been told we were approved. They stalled while we sat there. Kept being told just 15 minutes more. In the end went to a different dealer. In less than an hr was approved and drove off the lot in a better vehicle for better price. So sad that people are ok with changing the amount needed in the middle of making the deal.

I came in looking for a trade in and John helped me in the best and funniest possible way I could imagine! He went above and beyond so long story short I had to go pick up my grandma and he asked to use one of the dealerships car to pick her up and I thought it was funny but very nice of him. It’s the best experience I’ve ever had going to a car dealership.

Ellis Castaneda helped me so much pick out a car. He worked with me on my not so good credit and trade-in! Also my trade in was used as my down payment and I didn’t need anything else. Drove off the lot with a great Acura MDX suv! Really suggest going here if you’re in the need for a car! They have so many options and great people to help!
