I just went through the absolute worst customer service experience in the store at 6500 Denton Highway in Watauga. For years, I have gone into this store and always gotten great service and good phones at decent prices. I had gone in because earlier in the week, I had dropped my 4-year-old phone and cracked the glass. I went into the store and was approached by a guy who said something unintelligible, but I told I had dropped my phone and it was time to get a 5G phone anyway. He acted like he hadn't heard a word I'd said and asked me how much I was willing to pay. I instead told him to show me what he had and their prices. The last thing I'd expected was used car lot sales tactics in a cell phone store. After showing me boring phones at high prices, I was going to leave (and I should have) when he showed me a decent phone and gave me an OK price. I asked him if it was 5G and he said yes. It seemed like a fair deal. Of course, when I got home to finish setting up my phone, it turned out it was LTE! Of course, he never checked on my insurance (don't buy it) or my upgrade, he was just interested in how much he could get out of me. I suppose we can't expect people to do their jobs, can we? So this guy is either dishonest, uncaring, incompetent, not listening or worse. Unscrupulous would be kind. I would raise hell about it with the store, but these stores are a franchise deal and don't answer much to Metro. Therefore, they don't care and besides, if they said they wanted to make good on it, could I trust them? Maybe I'll have to chalk it up to experience, but I figure if they'll do it to me, they'll do it to anyone. Avoid these people at all costs, cost being the operative word.

Adam at this location is freaking awesome! DONT GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION!! Ask for Adam- impeccable customer service. Could not find better service anywhere else, I will only go here no matter how far I live. Hahaha -Chris and Bridget

This store went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and the same plan that I had. Other metro stores didn't seem to care. I recommend this store for a better experience if u have needs that require you to go in-store. Great attitudes ...positive atmosphere

I give T-Mobile 5 Stars especially to Uncle Sam on the excellent help in me and the wife on buying new phones and iPads then subsequently Tyrone on correcting my snafu of loosing one of those then getting a new phone but finding the lost one and returning the replacement well done gentlemen we will continue using T-Mobile because of you.

Great selection and quick/ friendly customer service. I had to go find out why my Bluetooth wasn't working. This new phone requires an additional button pushed. He was very nice and laughed with me.

We've been using Metro PCs for a long time. Get offers all the time to switch. You buy the phone. Pay the bill. You're good to go. This store is a photo copy of every one I've been in.
