I loved this Jeweler when they were in NRH. When they closed I went to the store on 377. They are awful. They look down their nose at you. My sales lady didn't follow through at all. I kept going back into the store only to find she just put me aside. Ever see Pretty Woman? Big mistake. Huge!

I don't leave many reviews so the fact that I am means I was impressed. All I needed was a few links taken out of my new watch I got for Christmas. When I walked in I asked the lady up front what it would cost to get a few links taken out of my watch and she said $15 (very reasonable). As I was asking her this the worker that takes care of these request was already walking up to the front and said he could tell what I was there for and would take care of me. He was very polite and eager to take care of me. Took him maybe 5 minutes. And that was taking out a few links and trying it on and then adding in one. So very quick! So customer service was excellent not to mention the store was beautiful.

Really impressed with how they handled a stopped watch repair. . . . .by not replacing anything. Let me explain.Solar watch was stopping almost every day. Took it in to get repaired. Watch was on the repair bench being checked within five minutes, and quickly determined the rechargeable battery appeared OK but was fully discharged. Told this "could" mean the capacitor was bad, but the watch was not old enough for that to be likely.Rather than throw a part at the watch, they suggested I try a "wake up" procedure first; similar to what you might do if pulling a forgotten watch out of a drawer. (This involved pulling the winding stem all the way out, and leaving it under a light for 72 straight hours--sunlight as much of that as possible). Advised to try that first, and come back if it did not help work.Was out the door in 10 minutes. Took their suggested fix, and it recharged and continues to work properly.

I had my watch band adjusted. My husband had a new battery put in his watch. I also inquired about some small jewelry repairs, and they said could do what I needed.Very nice people. Great service. Some very lovely jewelry, too!

A moment agoI brought my wedding ring in because 2 of the prongs holding the diamond and got hung up on a string and when i jerked back it had slightly bend the prongs holding the diamond. I had noticed they felt sharp. As before I brought to this location because they had also attached my wedding ring and band as well as appraised it for me. Excellent work before so I knew this was the place for all my jewelry needs. The lady up front recommended to get all 4 prongs replaced costing only $8.00 a piece I was like wow great price and recommendation. She also recommended to get it redipped thr white gold had worn down some. I picked up the ring today, yes only had to wait a day. My ring looked brand new. I had to meet the man who completed this work and hug him because I was absolutely amazed!!! They knew I was overwhelmed with the beauty of the work that had been done. Total price for everything $144.00 thats a very good price for the detail of work they had done. Im so impressed and recommended anyone who need jewelry, appraisals and jewelry work to please let this be the place for all your needs. The care and compassion they give to customers is truly amazing. Thank you your work and makeing my ring look brand knew.Useful

I went in with intentions of having either a ring or a bracelet customer made for my partner. I was originally told the ring would be ready by thanksgiving. It was literally done right before Christmas. But everything else that was supposed to be ready was not. I had a “gold” pinky knuckle ring that was supposed to be made at the same time. I had to call almost every week since December until now to see if the ring was ready. No communication from the store. I went and finally picked up the ring today. It was not gold, misshaped, and didn’t fit. I didn’t even have the heart to go back in and say anything because I was so tired of the hassle. Unfortunately I have alot of work that I am still needing done like wedding rings and I will not be coming here.
